I don t review apps but i have to review this one I regularly spend 10 of my laundry time trying to get this app to work It either won t recognize the machines the app freezes tells me the machines are in use when they re not tells me they re out of range when they re not I just finished spending 11 minutes trying to get this app to work before i finally got it If had other options i would use them instead I d prefer handwashing my clothes to dealing with this app Happened again     nick schmitt

Okay this app is extremely helpful in situations like when I need to get a quick snack and I m off to my next class HOWEVER in my opinion I would love to see an option to add funds lower than 5 for if you re money tight using a specific card or you simply don t wanna put in 5 I would be so happy to see a 1 to 5 option when adding a specific amount of funds             rose nagle

So far this has worked instantly once money is loaded I can start a wash and also view an estimated time of completion great so far Also used a machine that had a sticky note saying broken machine on it told customer service I accidentally put money in the wrong machine they replied within minutes and refunded my money right away                     Orin Alford

Latest update has partially broken the app Every attempt to use the app has me looking at a pop up telling me to email support Which I did and I d suggest you don t bother Clearing the pop up forces me to log in on every use Then I ve got about a 1 in 5 chance of looking at a functional app instead of a static start up screen The support staff is what it is a lack of solid reading comprehension and a lack of any real fix Just updated the app huh 10 days ago Really     Eric Lind

It steals your money and is less convenient than a bag of quarters When paying 1 50 USD at a time it deducts the full amount but the machine only gets 0 25 USD It often takes multiple minutes to recognize the machines I m standing next to and a few more to pay The interface is very buggy and unnecessarily cluttered It misjudges how long the machines run Sometimes it even resets my default home app     Joe Shields

At first it was hard to understand and then when I didn t understand it there s a message saying that I could get 25 off next two purchases Well I m on purchase number three and the gentleman that I talk to on Purchase number 2 had me watch a video only to do it exactly right and still not get my 25 I m so sick of dealing with this         Dionne Hoffman

This is amazing I never have or use cash so my the time I get home and realize I need to do laundry I dont want to run and buy something u0026 get money back or charged 2 50 when using the ATM and then having to find a place that will give me change I just simply gather my laundry and do it just like that                     nancie wiseman

Hardly ever works the app so it has you load money onto it and then you go to use it and you still have to either use cash or credit card and lately for the last month it has not been accepting a credit card so you have to still use cash thus putting money on the app makes no sense when you still have to come available with Cash         Reneece Jackson

The PayRange app works pretty good Sometimes it will tell me the machine is in use when I can clearly see it is not being used But overall it is a nice thing to have it means no need to stock up on quarters                 Elizabeth C
