Soooo what s going on STM Ever since I downloaded this app on a different android phone I m not getting updates to schedules App currently unusable I receive a prompt to download the new schedules but nothing happens Using montransit in its place but it s not as accurate We gonna get a fix or what         Azfar

Where the point to save your favorite if it for it to get deleted after When it come to alerts you have to wait for the next to start to read it or too slow In winter it not very helpful Many point to fix             A Google user

So is the app discontinued or not I went to the contact us page of the STM website and was greeted by a message telling me it is Never received any outright information about this and the app works fine ish and is on the store What is even happening It suggest to use transit or Chrono instead but those require data so it s kind of useless         A Google user

It worked nice at first Then soon as they updated the app NO MORE ENGLISH I love green But only French for the app So visitors stay away from this app If you only understand ENGLISH And for the Montreal ENGLISH sector Beware French only Use Google Map English awesome Disappointed in Montreal STM     Jason Meyer

I use the bus metro a lot but I tend to use Google Maps as it just offers more detail and lets you plan your route way more easily plus it even tells you when to leave Given all this a good STM app would be very welcome They should merge Bixi into it for full transit and get notifications for route disruptions localization would be nice as would news best practices ads to support the build out and service and fares         A Google user

If it could just stop erasing my favorites that would be very nice and very basic it seems Design makes it also look like something out of the 90s but again if it could just keep the information I enter into it             A Google user

The app works half the time Sometimes it displays the bus hours when selecting a stop on a map and sometimes it does not Sometimes it loads my favorite bus hours and sometimes it does not Its just frustrating because the app use to work better and I noticed since the update these issues have gotten worse or the app just crashes             Eva-Maria Hanchar

Very slow and ineffective Not user friendly In a city that half the stations are closed at any given time due to construction I expected a more clear way of informing the users about the bus rerouted path It would be nice to show on the map the current path of a certain line         Hamid Khodaei

The app used to work better but even then it didn t always work properly Recently it decided to stop showing the timetables seemingly randomly sometimes I can see them sometimes I can t whether I m using WiFi or data The app also regularly deletes your favorites which is annoying             Alan Garcia

So I updated by mistake and I lost the ability to see my favourites The loss of English being an option was bad enough but I could deal with it But I don t want to have to manually look up the bus and the bus stop in order to see if I d save time walking to the metro or if the bus is coming soon I m going to look into manually downgrading the app             Kai Steeves

Doesn t work anymore stuck at the downloading phase despite having internet connection For those that need an app at the moment I ll recommend the Chrono app also bad but at least it works     David Chan

It was nice at first but now it keeps telling me that there are updated schedules available When I try to download the updates it never goes through It s an extremely long wait and then it freezes I hope this gets fixed right away I really enjoy using this app             Tia Joseph
