Problems 1 cant get to other apps except by settings 2 only one home screen page you cannot customise it to put other apps or contacts there 3 no one click to dial contacts 4 app crashes every time you try to reduce the screen timeout from 1 hour 5 message icon doesnt have hangouts 6 sos just dials the contact should sms too as the person may not be able to speak         mark palmos
