The app wont allow my camera to focus when I try to take a photo of a check Need this fixed immediately Mobile deposit issues

I have tried to open this app 8 times and every time it closed outugh like the idea but needs work Never opened

I have a Droid Maxx but Ive used this app on at least 3 other Droid versions I have the same experience on each device This app is great when it works It will work great for days but then it wont open It will just have a black screen and wont even go to the main login page It is very frustrating especially if I really need to check my account while shopping or on a trip The only way Ive found to fix it and which doesnt even always work is to completely uninstall it and then reinstall it 5050 Service
