Kaspersky is excellent It is protecting my laptop tablet and phone 5 stars though I have gone through a struggle to renew the android version on the phone The screens were not as presented in the helps so there was no place to enter the activation code When the subscription ended a quick un and re install fixed the problem Fix this little thing Mr Kaspersky and I ll give it a 10                     Carl Mathis

Very good experience but the existing applock isn t as good as the AV itself The most important thing is that others app locks do not block the application you re using for just a screen rotation or volume leveling as Kaspersky does it s very much annoying to unlock WhatsApp every single time you re watching a video when you do rotate the mobile or just leveling up down the sound Many thanks                 Erick Leandro Rodrigues

Recently installed the latest update to the app then ran a full scan One minute into the scan the screen goes totally black no response I had to shut down phone and remove battery to restart I thought this app was supposed to protect my phone from threats looks to me like the app itself is the threat I was seriously considering upgrading but not now What s going on here     George Stubbs

I just started using in my Android But it should give out more features to protect from threats u0026 secure the devices from any infection malware or any kind of attacks which already affected the device has to make it safe again by removing the risks And kaspersky should take an eye on any malicious copy or those app which are in duplicates in APp stores         Traveling hippie

Generally sound but points deducted since there appears to be no way in settings to turn off the tray icon or permanent notification that takes up a slot bar unnecessarily It s only purpose is to say Device Protected and I m more likely to ignore any genuine notifications that do come from the app not ideal for security software As a paying subscriber I think this situation is a bit poor please listen to your customers             Jules Hatton

I moved from Norton to Kaspersky because it was recently reported that a trojan was present in an app that I regularly use Intsig CamScanner Norton did not detect anything Now I m using Kaspersky but I m also using CamScanner and nothing is detected as well Probably there is no trojan at all which are great news indeed but I ll never know it I can t be aware if Kaspersky is failing a detection or if there is no malware at all There is an improvement Kaspersky can implement something equivalent to Norton s Link Guard that would work with any browser other than Google Chrome this is a limitation that will probably make me decide to unsubscribe before the trial period ends                 Vitor Cruz

I purchased a premium license and installed this app and disappointed within the first few hours only This app does not have uninstall protection I m utterly disappointed with its applock which is very basic No hide pattern option No option to hide notifications of locked apps Locked apps once opened and closed then the app screen can be easily viewed from task manager One of my app named phonepe is not in the list of apps where we select which apps to lock         Syed Zeshan

I have the app lock feature enabled Problem is the prompt to unlock apps will sometimes randomly popup even after doing so initially Also when watching videos of i were to adjust the volume I will be prompted again to unlock Also if I were to swipe down to check a notification and swipe up again I m prompted It s annoying having to constantly unlock an app once it s done the first time         M Fayad

Sometimes I had to click karspersky icon to start the app and it was not automatically start I dont feel safe and secure We live in a fast world and to check everytime I want to use the phone is troublesome I had been your satisfied customers for years for my PC and other phones but this is definitely annoying and disapointing I am considering other antivirus if the problem persist at least for this phone     Arye Asrall

I was experiencing some weird ads popping up at random times Checked the running processes and found 2 suspiscious ones I could stop them but not delete them they would restart if I rebooted my phone Decided to download this app and it found it it was a trojan in a few seconds and deleted it No more adds no more slowdowns the app does exactly what I need it to do                     Fred Verha

I could not possibly recommend Kaspersky more highly I had an unbelievably pernicious Trojan called ELTest that first of all could not even be found except with ES File Explorer but even when I found it it could not be uninstalled I installed Kaspersky which found and got rid of the Trojan within seconds As a result I immediately paid for the premium version For only 19 99 for an entire year well worth it Thank you Kaspersky I ve used it in the past on my PC and it was great then                     Mark Trahan

found virus first scan my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 was acting up all kinds of pop ups it would hang up on a call and a popup would come up it was really bad i downloaded several free virus apps all said my phone was ok but my phone was out of control you close a popup and another world come up i downloaded this app first scan it found it found the virus and got rid of it i will keep this app 20 dollars a year 0 054 cents a day you can t beat that plus all the extras great                     Walter Foster

Everything is good but in web protection it detecting adware or malware successfully while browsing the issue is when tap to delete that adware or malware the app window is closing with our command but not stopping that download and i checked it clearly twice and i stopped download from downloads in browser it s make me unhappy and one more disappointment is it doesn t have in built in secure connection like in pc s Kaspersky add it to Android also without installing another which attracts user             naga teja katuri

i don t like the fact that it is always showing at the top of every screen It would be better if it just worked in the background I also don t like that it has permissions do do everything on your device and you cannot limit it Why does it need permission to take and record pictures and alter accounts I would like to be more in control of what it can do But it does seem to work                 Frank Buckley

Kaspersky had a really good privacy policy they only collect info to improve their product and never collect personal info and doesn t ever show ads The free version doesn t allow automatic scanning but it does notify you when it thinks you should run a scan I think the free version earns them money by both functioning as s free trial and allowing them to collect more data on what malware is out there which is much nicer than the antiviruses that nag you to upgrade or blast you with ads                     Katie Chace

Absolutely useless I have a popups showing all the time triggered by every app I have Kasperky says there is no issue Reply to devs well it turned out that other scanner somehow managed to search better than Kaspersky because it actually detected the malware app that is triggering those popups And no its not a normal app with adds     Dashiya
