I was a subscriber but I left because of service I came back hoping things had changed but every time I turn around they want me to enter my info to log in BUT my info is not recognized Same as before it is same on all my gadgets and tv Never can watch a movie yet they take my payment every month     Charles Alsobrook

When I downloaded the app and tried to login after I created my credentials I got in the first initial time but then I could never get movies to open and play After I closed the app and tried to go back in it then said it didn t recognize my email or login I would love to use this app but it needs alot of work still for me to be able to subscribe back with Pureflix     malisa espinal

This new App needs a lot of work I would not suggest using it until they work out the bugs They have taken my 1st payment withdrawal without notifying me And now it states that I do not have an account under the email that they still send me movie notices and app information It s sad that they are supposed to be a Christian organization     Debra Gamble

Unfortunately for pureflix I saw all the reviews and as it seems and as i understand its that pureflix has great and amazing content However as i also understand that streaming is poor quality so is getting a hold of customer service to resolve issues also the fact that streaming on tv gets complicated would make my desicion to subscribe a stupid one It doesnt matter if this app or people are christian or not the fact that they dont deliver makes this a no go app fix it or loose it GL             bildad deleon

Good movies bad streaming Whether it is viewing through the app TV laptop it doesn t matter I love the movies but plan on spending an extra hour trying to watch one With constant buffering it just is not worth it I m glad I m on my free month trial I probably will not renew Very unfortunate because the movies are really good         Lydia86 B

Have been waiting to be back from Germany because Pureflix was not available Installed the app and paid for the year only to find that we cannot use it on our Ipad Every time you click on okay it does not work I have to lend my daughters my phone so they can view Please fix this Also I love Drive thru and they are still only 2 seasons since three years ago Please we need more Thanks and God bless             Susy Veliz

We enjoyed the videos It seems that videos have been previously seen and clean out some language However the app crashes all the time and it does not work often in the smart TV We still are patient with the company but they need to improve asap             Srsrego Srsrego

I canceled my subscription at the end of my free month trial because to me it wasn t worth it and they still charged my card first it s not easy to cancel your subscription You have to damn Google how to cancel it now I have to fight to get my 99 99 back That s unnecessarily expensive as hell     Nedrea Scott

i like the end times selection but i signed up for monthly installments and installments were switched to yearly and then charged me 99 What a shame i will call for a refund and to switch to monthly again If i cant to my bank I will go edit The problem was resolved in by pure flix 5min call great customers service                 Abel

Still HASNT IMPROVED I want to stream Pureflix onto my Xbox to watch it with the family I can look at my video from my phone on Xbox but not Pureflix The internet connected to my phone broadcasts onto the Xbox connected to the same WIFI PLEASE MAKE THIS HAPPEN I gladly spent 99 for a year subscription and got rid of Netflix and it s junk so please work on this Netflix can play easily on Xbox theres even an app for it Please make PureFlix easy to stream from my phone to my Xbox One     Ederd Stark
