IMPORTANT SUGGESTION The app is very basic and needs much improvement First of all its not giving you access to the transaction history Secondly it s not giving a receipt after transaction only you can take a screenshot which is not acceptable for some organisations Specifically a PDF Receipt is very important after int transaction Lastly the interface is no user friendly Bank Albilad is requested to take action please         Shafaat Khan

very bad app and very bad service if you send by mistake or you need to cancel the transaction here is no option to cancel you must go to enjaz branch and before i am using the quick pay and is very good if you need to cancel the transaction only call the help line and after 3 days its return to your account and here i am go to branch i am doing complain he said ok come again after 2 days when i go again he said sorry i don t have your complain please complain again and come again after 2day     Umer Shafiq
