It s my favorite workout app on the play store My favorite feature is the animated person giving an example of the workout you re about to do                     Andrew K

There are a few bugs but support are trying there best to resolve it It does not seem to want to save to Google fit so hi ou hope no problem will happen with app Unfortunately it wouldn t move past day 9 and Google fit lost all my data Now have to manually progress which messes with the scheduling and work out data Like I said customer service is trying to resolve it                     James Clark

As a paid pro app this should absolutely not contain further paid content Fully half of the workouts and all of the training plans require in app purchases the workouts are 3 50 each and every update locks up more content I have multiple apps from this dev and this is true of all of them unfortunately     Google User

This was a free app for a brief time figured it couldnt hurt to try it and wow not bad at all Well organized the UI is good and easy to navigate you can easily see good 3 d modeled video examples of any move including during a workout Just tried this after a year of the P90x the original ab routine This made for a great change of pace Never heard of this company before but ill definitely keep an eye out                     F Taylor

I bought this app when was Spartan abs then I got away from a while and then it became just six pack ab workout and now it sucks because the original app had variations of workouts where s the planks where s the different types of setups where s the gym workout where is the endurance training where s the actual 30 day workout because why go to it now I only have basically two different workout sets and it s pathetic change it back     ironfist3284
