very poor service of youe bank as well as this application i tried to login multiple times using mpin but all waste pathetic application of bank i ever seen also in setting menu unable to find any signin option please help me with the same PRANITA shinde

I cannot access any information I put my password in finger print recognition and it says connection error I have closed and re opened the app I have turned the phone on and off And I have even Uninstalled and re installed the app and still the same Worst thing is this has been happy whilst I have been on holidays Please sort this out asap thank you Black Heart
I am sorry Greater bank you havent fixed the connection error prompt when logging in because i still get the prompt and its only recently ive been getting it John Coleman
After having a problem of being locked out when I tried to login with a new cell phone thankfully I managed to get back to smooth operations again Aside from that hiccup it s a great app A Google user
The 4 digit password wont allow me to access all the accounts i have As a business owner i need a more reliable system that doesn t make access to my own accounts more difficult than it needs to be Ben Abbott

The app needs to have the transaction ID and the more in depth details of the transaction avaliable otherwise a generally good app Karlee Mercuri
It s great but Evey time I go to log in it tells me my password is wrong and I have to either call or change my password and it s god damn annoying and frustrating A Google user

I cant get the app back on my screen or in my play store When you changed things it disappeared How do I get it back to one touch to open
App use to work in both portrait and Landscape Now only option is portrait which is fine if you intend to use app on just a smart phone I use app on both smartphone and tablet App is very functional and I enjoy using it Please fix the screen rotation and I will increase to 5 stars Screen Rotation
Updated this afternoon then couldnt transfer money for my grocery shopping Not happy at all Tried and tried timed out Tried again timed out Now when I cancel a selection it doesnt actually go back Have to log out and log on Grrrrr fix it Not happy

Ive used the Greater app for my banking since it first came out no problems ever on each mob ive owned over the years now Ive updated and I cant get on WHY I use it for all my billsshopping this is such a nuscience
Soo buggy and slow old version never had a single problem with but since the update I cant even get into my mobile banking and do anything New update is terrible
It works Simple but effective Like all banking apps I would like to see developers make more use of todays modern technologies The commbank app is the benchmark but this is in my top 3 banking apps well done Clean app
