I have really enjoyed the inprovements on this app It used to have a few bumps but i have6nt had issues in quite a while and I use it often Still getting used to the new functions but it hasn t affected my shopping                     Cindy Parker

Whatever you did to this app in the last week has made it unusable My previous orders are gone My favorites list is gone and there s no way to favorite an item so I can find it easily Your list of items you carry at Maceys is spotty so I have to search for most items by brand and name which usually works but if I don t remember the brand I am out of luck You can t click on an item to see size or description any more And half the time if I tap the Browse Departments button it doesn t take me to the list of departments It took me 30 minutes to put 10 items in my cart and then I gave up I was using the pick up service weekly but now I would rather walk into Walmart on a busy Saturday afternoon than spend another frustrating minute with this app     Jennifer

I have been a happy user of the web version for almost 2 years Recently had to switch over to app and have been really frustrated I suddenly couldnt add items to cart and then trying to checkout with the 49 items I already selected it completdly froze and wouldnt show the cart You need a chat help desk to salvage the vanished cart items for customers Would also like a section showing all the stores weekly sale items             Rod Hensel

This app is garbage The UI is not friendly it is near impossible to search for items and the customer support team is a joke I would not recommend this app to my worst enemy I have submitted a support ticket so no need to offer me a 5 coupon to have my issues resolved The major inconvenience of having the charge for GROCERIES pend with my financial institution for 10 days then have 4 different customer support agents tell me an answer I knew was wrong is enough to never in a billion lifetimes give this service another chance     Damon Fischio

The only problem with the app that I have had is that it does say c well with the computer version Everything I do on the computer is on the app but things I do on the app are not reflected on the computer I have to be careful             Joni Endicott

uninstalling Rosie and no longer using local small grocery store would forget items wouldn t bring a receipt and sunstitute store barmd items for national brand without warning and without refunding the money complaints went unresolved cant justify giving money away great concept like Smith s clicklist but nowhere near the level of experience or customer service tried it out 10x or so had something wrong Everytime sad because we prefer the small grocer     Ryan Summerill

I am updating my review After switching to a newer phone and the app being updated I have had no problems Really appreciate the ability to shop locally using my phone Thank you to the developer for updating I have tried this out twice Both times once my cart was full and they went to check out it crashed and I lost my order I would think at least it would save the order so I can go online and finish it if it can t be done with the app In my opinion they should really just get rid of the app because it just makes me not want to shop at this location anymore Too bad for the grocery store Please fix the app Neat idea                 Sarah Ford

It is very handy to be able to grocery shop from my cell phone Then I can drive to the store and they bring my groceries to my car I was handed a coupon by a store employee for 10 off for having placed my 25th order When I tried to use it on the app it said that it had expired even though there was no expiration date I called the number on the coupon for Rosie and they refunded me the 10 So not only is the service great on the app but the customer service is great as well                     Susan Laird

Horrible Every item I try to put in my cart takes me to the select the store screen Freezes up constantly when searching for products Search feature doesn t accommodate misspellings you have to search for exactly what the store has it listed as I search for ground beef and get options of 2 expensive packs and then pages of hamburger helper but if I go to the meat section there are several ground beef options It doesnt show me available pickup tines until I have loaded all the groceries into my cart only to find none of the pickup times work for me     Tonya Allen

This app is horrible It would frustratingly and repeatedly switch screens for no reason it all making it impossible to even try to add things to your cart It would have been quicker to just go to the store and shop I am ininstalling it as soon as I submit this review     B. Young

Terrible app and far from convenient Please add a sorting feature specifically sort by brand it s frustrating to have to search thru 22 pages of items to find what your looking for because your search feature doesn t work Tried searching for an item that I know my store carries but it wouldn t bring the item up When I looked thru the section it would be under there it was after searching thru 18 pages I copied and pasted the name into the search field and it still wouldn t bring it up Definitely needs A LOT of work         Jamie Phillips

Worst app ever To sign up it asks for your birthday and you have to go page by page through every month from now back Imagine you were born in the 50 s or 60 s I never made it past signing up it refuses to accept or search my zip code and only lists 6 stores in ALL of the United States     Jean Kulski

Tried to use the app for purchase yesterday but found discrepancy between prices on the app and the website The app prices were not as accurate and was harder to figure out The website was much easier and the prices were correct based on the current ad             Briana Boudreaux
