This app makes it difficult to enter tour birthdate secondly i do not have thos medical plan my son does i am not able ro make an account for him so to me it is useless     Sara Lopez

It doesn t let me create my account it doesn t allow me to input my DOB It only pops up a calendar u0026 I have to arrow back to my birth year click set u0026 still keeps today s date u0026 doesn t allow me to manually put my DOB then says no record of me Of course not if I can t input my DOB Meanwhile I ve been on hold for 16 49 trying to get through on the phone     Andrea Ignacio

I ve tried 4 different email accounts to sign up Tells me the account is not active which is not true Till this bug is worked out the app is useless to me     Won t accept email chris cironi

The app is easy to use and would make certain things easier then calling like changing your PCP But the major downfall is that the changes never take effect and cards are never sent out Seems like they need to monitor the app better or link the information together somehow             Needs work Jenn L
