It looks like a 1990 s webpage If a call comes in that is answered at another extension the app often keeps ringing There is no way to set a schedule for when to ring and when not to It mostly works but it s extremely basic             Michael Burden

I ve read that it works only on business accounts and would not doubt it If you try to find even a help number for residential service it is not readily apparent on its website In fact one has to do an internet search for the simplest things I had to call a business number to get help for a bad adapter Anyway this app will not take my username and password Switch to another service that treats its residential customers decently     Howard Bosler
