9 times out of 10 these days the app will confirm a booking and assign a car showing the car on a map with it s arrival time Then after a few minutes the car will just disappear no explanation and the process starts again Kafkaesque taxi service of use to the true masochist only This is a service that used to work Now it s a travesty Don t use     Jens Edlund

Pre booked a taxi from Arlanda airport The booking showed up on the app as confirmed Did not receive any notification when the driver arrived No one met us in arrivals and no one waited outside Eventually saw a taxi number displayed on the map in the app driving away from the airport and the status changed to Trip Started om the booking Driver had clearly picked up the wrong customers despite knowing our names and destination Called Taxi 020 and was simply told that another car will arrive eventually That s not what you want to hear at midnight when you ve just arrived at an airport Ended up picking up another taxi instead Uninstalled and unimpressed     A Google user
