Opened the app only to find that all of my passwords were MISSING I was fine for years with this app using it often every month Now even though I have had no phone glitches crashes or anything else that might have contributed I have an empty safe All likely after the app update Is this a con to prompt customers to buy the full version If so my trust is paper thin     Jamey Manhattan

It had all my passwords and it was very useful when I have so many things need to remember However recently an internal error comes out every time I open the app to look for my passwords It said need the internet connection I am next to a router for Wi Fi and I have full 4G network I can use the internet and the paid full version of the app does not work Please fix it as soon as possible     I used to love it and bugs came out recently and no update to fix it Kara Chan

I installed this app a couple of weeks ago I was pleased with until I needed to get some info out of it today I have put in my password so many times and it will not open I know for a fact that I must have put the password in right at some point and from the hint that I have put on there there is no reason why it should nt open Why do you not give the option to be able to set another password to be able to access the info stored Fix this and I would be happy         Very poor Julie Ward

This was a 5 star application until I updated to Android 4 3 Now I can t get access to any of my passwords Every time I enter my password for Password Safe Lite I get a message Unfortunately Password Safe Lite has stopped Any suggestions I am desperate I cannot get access to passwords I need If I don t get this situation rectified I may have to change a lot of my passwords Someone PLEASE HELP     App will not open Johnny Smith

I love the app until I had to switch phones and realize that whatever you saved WILL be lost When I downloaded the app from the play store it didn t remember me Disappointing and needless to say I have to now reset all my passwords             Urgh Denise Parrish Perez

Easy to export to excel merely hook up you USB go to your Windows Explorer and search for csv files on your phone card select the file and open it and format the contents and save searched all over and finally did it myself simple                 LIte version exporting data okewillie1956
