The BT Cloud Phone is now available as a free download on Google Play for Android owners. The application is designed for use in English language. It weighs in at only 10MB to download. It is highly advisable to have the latest app version installed so that you don`t miss out on the fresh new features and improvements. The current app version 7.0.1.5.133 has been released on 2015-03-2. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. Screen locks when I m mid call meaning the other person can t hear me This doesn t happen in any other phone app I ve used or even Whatsapp calls On the flip side it is one of the few phone apps that are highly sensitive during a call meaning that you have to remember to hold it an inch from your face so your ear or cheek doesn t hang the call up If you ve ever made a call on any other smartphone app you will know the technology already exists to prevent both of these issues         Owen Roberts

This app is terrible the phone never rings calls are constantly dropped the app doesn t even allow you to copy the number to google who you have missed a call from Just dreadful much like the rest of BT s service     Digby Oldridge

Works really well and is very simple to use Lots of features that you can change from the app Just make sure your WiFi speed is good mobile network has a good speed when you are making calls through the app Also not recommended to tether your mobile to your laptop tablet etc whilst making calls through the app as it kills the quality of the call Awesome                     Jamie C

The app is unreliable It goes into reconnecting state and then never recovers from it even with full WiFi signal Not good for business Just so you know I am using Samsung Note so Android Not everyone wants to use IPhone I know it works better on iPhone but I m not an iPhone person     Atif Ace

I pay a lot of money fod BT Cloud phone The app on my phone disconnects itself even when I have a strong wifi signal The interface on my laptop distorts my voice after about 15 min I have lost days of my life literally to sorting out a functioning phone line for my business I wish I d stayed with a standard land line     rosie grant

Lets start by saying that this app works perfectly on the iphone and I have used it for nearly 2 years its awesome on the iphone On the Android it will not work when the phone goes to sleep screen The app does not start when an incoming call starts I have tested on 3 Android phones none of them work you will miss the call because you don t know somebody is ringing you If you want to keep your phone so that the display always shows the app will work as will your battery big time Update 5 Feb 2018 Not sure why BT could not contact me I have my phone on 24 7 As for the new Android BT Cloud V9 3 2 The problem still persists this has not been tested properly THE PROBLEM BT Cloud App will go to sleep in the background and does not respond when somebody rings it does however register the call unfortunately you will only see this once you open the phone     Basetrack

Unable to run on Nexus 6P stock latest available Android version 8 1 0 no modifications or root Application keeps crashing I get the splash screen and that s it The only unusual thing about the phone is that it does not have a sim card installed though I hardly find that a good reason for this behaviour     Petr Klus

the worst app i have no choice to be using crashs dozens of times aday become non responsive to touch many times a day you cant stop it from ringing numerous times with out killing the app when using the app to make phone calls it will randomenly put people on hold un believably frustrating and very poor     Jeremy Loveridge

Phone calls seem to be mixed up between the BT App and the in built mobile phone Quite often the mobile rings then the bt app and the call is cur off Also I ve had customers tell me I m not available There s no messages and the app should be running in the background It s not till I force the app to close and reopen it and then I get a load of missed calls and messages appear Early days but not impressed so far         A Google user
