Great app until you need to change the payment credit card The app doesn t recognize any new card When I called Toronto parking technical support no one answered so I left a voicemail A day later they called ne back and said I need to uninstall the app restart and then reinstall it to use my new credit card     David S

Extremely convenient i love the reminders i never have to go back to a kiosk or a meter to add time to my spot The only down side is that you have to pay 20 in the app as a minimum I had this app for 2 years with them holding on to 20 and I ve only used a few bucks I would have rather 10 as a minimum deposit                     Bambooz reviewing

Nothing but stress I live on a residential street with paid parking and the app doesn t remind me when the meter expires Im constantly worried I ll forget to pay for another day of parking and Ive gotten 2 parking tickets in less that 10 days because of this If the app could automatically charge me for another day of parking it would be better until then I dont like this parking system Other than that it s a very nice way to pay parking without having to walk up to the meter machine     Ze Mog

A handy app to be sure but a few flaws exist 1 The requirement to maintain a balance in the application s Greep P Account which can only be loaded with minimum 20 increments from CC or PayPal instead of simply being able to pay each individual parking session transaction 2 Single Green P Account balance limitation There is no alternative or split wallet for personal or business use cases If I park for work or personal use I have only one account to pay with Separate wallets please             iamshanicus

very good for what it is honestly makes payment way way easier your never have to leave your car and come back just use the app and come again unbelievably handy downtown when in a rush as you can just grab the location number from the parking spot and do it on your phone on the way also super easy to top up the parking time from your phone this is a truly Revolutionary app i wish you could pay top up fees on the app as well maybe introduce it in another update                     Dj avivi

dont trust this app to tell you if you need to pay parking because it will bill you for parking when you don t need to pay For example i parked somewhere where parking was free for the next half hour Instead of telling me that no fee was required it sold me half an hour beyond the period that I specified that i wanted to park for     Stephen Cameron

The app is very convenient and well designed however there are lots of issues login in and the the app is slow and not responsive many time in the morning even on Saturday like today It looks like a serious capacity issue Hope you can fix it quickly as we are dependent on it The login issue were spotted on the TTC station at 407 and Jane almost any day at about 830am         Nir Yona

This app is a lifesaver Super convenient to extend your parking time without having to go back to your car which allows for freedom and flexibility to do whatever wherever I deducted one star because you are forced to pay for minimum increments of 15 minutes It would be nice if I could buy just 5 minutes of time I m stopping to pick up something quickly Hopefully that option can be added in the near future                 Lina Liang
