It s an excellent App from the Indian Railways It comes handy for booking tickets at short notice However it does not allow booking of tickets when being inside railway station It asks us to use QR code at the station premises I do not know where can I find this QR code in different strobe This fact is inconvenient for travelers I would be grateful if developers can look into this issue and provide solution Thanks                 Kapil Sangwan
I was excited about this app since i thought it would make things easy but instead it made things difficult I had used it for season ticket and my money got deducted but the ticket was not generated I had called the customer care they asked me to write a mail i did everything they told me to do but didn t get any reply or my money also I am not able to call the customer care since then as if they have blocked my no Immediately after my complaint call Someone should acknowledge this     manjiri bhojane
If you are lucky to get it set up initially then it s decent despite all other issues But now if my old number is disconnected and I want to register new one it doesn t allow since handset IMEI is registered to old number Why do they need to lock the account to handset IMEI in the first place Of course no response on customer care helpline also And if you lose your phone be prepared to give an FIR and letter from sim provider to get a working login Better to stand in line for ticket     Ramya Ramakrishnan
An invasion on user privacy So many things wrong with this app 1 Cannot use it without google play services Why is it necessary for me to install google play services on my custom rom to make it work Cannot even login without it 2 It sends location and IMEI details on every request made to its servers Seriously You really need it Even when I just login to the app There should be a way for me to book paper tickets since that function doesn t require any location imei info     Kaushal
Since the time my phone software has upgraded the app is not working It is telling me to login using registered handset but the handset has not been changed at all my season ticket is going waste and I have had to buy ticket everyday this is not fair and there has been no response to the email that I have already sent to you     Neil Vashani
The app gave successfull message after booking a ticket i was in hurry any Lehman can be in hurry for any genuine reason thus didn t check the booked ticket relied on deducted amount and success message and boarded the train The ticket was not booked Even after showing transaction reference number of deduction to UTS and time of amount deduction for journey to ticket checker i had to pay fine plus waste of time plus frustration     Roshan Bhatte
Tried15 20 times then ticket booked successfully It shows dialog box kindly stand 19 meter away from railway station Railway reached next station but it shows kindly Stand 84 mtr away from station Pls add ticket booking when user is in railway premises Within 5km radius is ok but do something on that GPS accuracy is mtr stand away mtr This concept is very good But make it more user friendly                 Bhagyshri Kadam
You can save a lot of time by using this app 9 10 times the booking is spot on 4 stars are because in case the payment is processed and you go back or there s some kind of interference the ticket is not shown and refund is also not given A rollback should be introduced for maximum reliability                 Sainiranjan Sharma
No option left to change the mobile number number of passengers is limited to 4 persons only while booking ticket if one has to travel with 4 5 6 members with out booking again and again payment options should be enabled for upi debit credit cards directly instead of third party gateway Booked ticket should available for offline also Wallet surrender should be online and available funds to transferred to upi linked account         A Google user
Unreliable horrible 1 I understand the logic behind the 5 km radius but even while booking from a different location the from list automatically filters only the near by railway station then what is the point of having an app 2 90 of the time the payment page is unavailable 3 I was happy with what the app could do but disappointed with the app s capability     yogesh ks
UTS is a very easy to use app I booked my season pass which in the past I d have to wait in long queues with exact change tendered and waste so much time Now I can book the exact same season ticket from the comfort of my home No compromises made either I can book a second class single journey ticket right up to a first class AC season ticket for the entire year all through the same app Kudos to Indian Railways for using technology to help people get around the city with ease Blessings                     Brent Tauro

Worst App Ever I hate it and I hate Ticket Collector standing at exit door of railway station their intension is to charge fine against us They should be stading at Entry of the station This app is useless We can only purchase ticket outside the station how this makes any sense people have the option to purchase ticket from ticket window then what is the use of this app     Himanshu Meena

When I am changing my Mobile I am not able to view my Pass Ticket in my mobile This App is pathetic and gives me message to raise change of handset Why Public should take this process burden unneceressarily when other Banking Apps get sync automatically on new mobile You need to make changes in this UTS App so that tickets get managed in new mobile tooo with OTP feature     sushant sarkhot
Very good only if you recharging your Rwallet first and then start book tickets of season tickets Coz I have experiences when I was trying to make payment for booking through direct debit card or netbanking it gives errors and your money is debited from account And it takes long 15 to 20 days to come back to your account             Pooja Shinde
Excellent application Great work Indian Railways team we require timely reminders before ticket expiry date on application and auto ticket renewal feature to avoid unintentional misunderstandings between ticket collector and any passeneger We also need more AC Local Train frequency in Mumbai Western Central Harbour Railway as its major lifeline for many trains at frequent intervals will ensure we have safe and happy journey daily Its request to take this on highest priority to Indian Railway             Ravi Ramanathan
Can t purchase the tickets because of mock location bug Every time when purchasing the ticket it shows to uncheck the mock location or uninstall and install the app again but mock location is already unchecked and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times This bug is so much annoying Please fix this     Arghya Debnath
Too many restrictions for booking and UI is too slow It would be a great help if restrictions like distance from station etc could be reduced I tried to book and did not manage to identify the spot at which the minimum distance requirement is met Even in front of the ticket counter the app keep on saying the distance is too far Again papaerless booking is not allowed for certain stations There are technological solutions for the loopholes intended to be plugged by these restrictions         Sreejith N

Worst app need to improve a lot I booked a ticket for my father from my phone but later I noticed that I cannot share this ticket to my father phone Even if I try to take screenshot the ticket but the app is restricted No option in UTS APP to book and transfer the train tickets for relatives and friends as like in IRCTC RAIL CONNECT APP So think twice before you book tickets for others Only you can book for yourself and take the mobile along with you while travelling It is very bad idea     Aarav
It has been really helpful to book railway ticket for me and I relied on this app but last time I tried to recharge my wallet through Paytm UPI the amount got deducted from my bank twice but its showing transaction failed in UTS app and my wallet does not recharged I have tried to call on 138 but call is getting disconnected now what will I do And how will I gonna get my money back             BishalTryingTo Sing
Yes initially had hiccups but there are few ways you can solve it Multiple attempts are required to get the tickets This uses the bandwidth and user limitation If app needs more users and make it accessible to more then these functions need to be enhanced Today second ticket booked                     K Shashiprakash
It is a wonderfu app for unreserved railway ticket booking But u can provide one more option to take supplimentary ticket for superfast trains by having second class season ticket It may be tough work for software developers but if u can able achieve this then there will be 100 unreserved ticketing app Thank you             ByraReddy HC

Not able to log in my new handset in last 2 months Everything i ve done to log in new set from my old handset Every time it s showing register with mobile number But i ve already registered in old set and also in web site I m already requesting handset change request from my old set But every time it says that imei registered with other number Now what is the solution So pathetic experience         Soumik Dey
App is good but i didn t like the option of booking ticket only when you are 4kms away from station if someone is on the station and want to book ticket he she just can t and has to get in line to book even if he she miss the train the whole purpose of this app is to give convenience to public in booking tickets but when the sole purpose itself is neglected what is it good for                     Deepak Vashisth
it s a good app to buy unreserved ticket but customer service is worse at first when the app launched it working normally but now i having many issues with transactions like even though payment is successful booked ticket will not show up it happend 3 time constantly and i stopped using app and amount is not refunded yet and payment method is not good you have to add more options like upi transaction and all             Chiru channel
Useless app charging 1204 for a first class pass which costs 1185 at the window without any queue plus thes season ticket issued is not even valid from same day then why will anyone use this app and pay extra 25 rupees This validty on next day rule is not mentioned anywhere during booking the season ticket I just checked FAQ where i found it written Strange system to Fool people I will uninstall it next month once my current season ticket validity is finished     Vishu M
Not be able to book ticket 7 out of 10 times Even if I m far from the station it says your GPS location is inaccurate Earlier version were good but this update is having huge issues I know in this update user will be stopped if he is at station and even on the tracks and that is good Please look into the issues     Ajit Mishra

I m a frequent commuter from station BWT 1000s of people travel from here unfortunately UTS app says GPS accuracy is 55 meters kindly stand 55 meters away from station and within 5 km radius i tried 5 meters to 3000 meters every time same message but it works fine with all stations in BANGALORE city it means our station BWT is not updated for UTS App or our station staff intentionally blocking UTS booking i request plz plz update our station BWT for UTS booking it helps 1000     plz talktome
App is good for booking season ticket However it is very difficult and frustrating to book a normal ticket There are so many conditions which prevent us from booking E g if I am either too far or too near some specified metres of station or if on track Plus process to book is cumbersome Once i wanted to urgently take extension upto Borivali as my pass was till dadar but the app refused to show dadar as an option I was then forced to stand in serpentine queue and book at the counter     Sheeja Mathew

Hi we really appreciate your work but their are some issues which need to be fix for smooth working 1 when we are adding money to R wallet it is not working properly every time we need to enter debit card details even we don t have save option 2 I am getting 7 10 time failed transaction If we can do payment through UPI like G Pay or Phone pay it will be convinient for us Otherwise it s really good initiative towards digital India Thanks a lot                     mehfooz ali
The app is working very well but the thing is if we change the mobile handset it is very tedious to wait till the active tickets end and register the new device Instead please include the option of detecting the registered sim and then registering the device which holds that particular sim I know it s not possible in reality but this app is good Makes life easier Thanks                     Dinesh Kumar
Developers kindly change the 5km range or certain metres within range option for booking tickets For passenger trains we may got seat or just standing u0026 traveling in train so there is no reason for option within range 5km radius in passenger trains otherwise the app is good season ticket can be booked         Kumar Nirmal
The GPS doesn t allow one to book paperless ticket within station premises until one doesnt go to the ticket counter and scan the QR code What s the point of the app if one has to go to the counter anyway and sometimes the QR code at stations do not work Instead of saving time it wastess my time Please fix such annoying and unnecessary things     Navneet Mishra
