I only used this app because it was required for games but was very impressed by the journal feature in past additions I loved being able to see my history of games teams and ball parks I recently found a stack of old tickets and went to go put them into the app and I found that most of the journal features were gone and I couldn t even add old games anymore Bring back the journal and I ll actually use the app again     Teddy Reimann

The most frustrating way to purchase tickets Leave it to mlb to make something as simple as getting a ticket to a game convoluted and extra expensive A 10 convenience charge and a 4 50 processing charge Plus the link account feature breaks easily leaving you frustrated trying to get in the ballpark Good thing I paid 10 to have a bunch of work I have to do to go to a game     Jesse Murnahan

Quite simple this app is a disasterous unintuitive suck of time and embarrassment for the sport that set the bar for seamless online experience with their AtBat app First they take perhaps the biggest component of the baseball experience the ticket and remove it from their wonderful at bat app Not only does this add an additiona seam to what should be a seamless process it adds several New app new passwords and a new account for every single team or park that I want to buy a ticket for I live in Baltimore and regularly go to games in Baltimore Philly DC and New York Which means that every time I do the teams a favor and but tickets directly from them I have to find the app go through a process to set up a new account remember that my account for MLB is now a totally different account on a different app then try to figure out on my phone where the tickets are and how to access them Seam seam seam seam Plus if Im still trying to use my MLB account that Ive had for 17 years and it doesnt work guess what locked out of that too Save your time and use Stub Hub or SeatGeek Or better yet watch football their Ticketmaster platform has this figured out     William Romani

If the MLB is gonna force people to use this app for tickets and convenience how about you fix it It unexpectedly logs you off even when you were just using it the rewards account info doesn t pull up on android phones hello not everyone is an iPhone owner and it is so dang slow The idea is great but the execution of the app is beyond awful     Danielle Medina

MLB has to come up with one app rather than a different one for mobile devices and a different one for computers For example the Indians use a ticket manager through Ticketmaster which is supposed to link to the MLB app but it is not seamless As a result of the MLP app is a pain in the butt Despite their representations you cannot forward tickets to the MLB app     Rick Helmuth

This app fails at it s most basic purpose your tickets Today at the ballpark the poor ticket supervisor had a line of people who couldn t load tickets on their apps It takes too long for tickets to appear in your account and doesn t load come game day Never had an issue on the many third party ticket seller apps Would avoid this app until they acknowledge that tickets do not load     Chancellor Griffin

Unreliable Lost all of our tickets when we arrived at the stadium Had to uninstall and reinstall and sign in several times Spent about 30 minutes standing outside the stadium doing all this and them like magic my tickets were back I will NEVER will use this app again     John Granger

Parents missed a game because there is no longer paper tickets He was gifted tickets by his boss but was unable to track him down for his email that you need verified 2 3 times in order to receive your tickets Bad play on mlb needs to be fixed     E H

horrible got to the park and could not get the app to display the tickets the endless spinning wheel fortunately I bookmarked the tickets from the team s site where I purchased the tickets if I had relied solely on this app we would not have gotten into the game the spinning wheel persisted all through the game at no time was I able to see my tickets after the initial purchase this app sucks don t depend on this pos to get you into the game     Stephen Vizzini

What happened to the journal The best part of this app was the journal with stats of how many games I ve been to and stadiums a US map with the stadiums I ve been to great for my kid to learn geography seat locations pictures I took along with box scores All that is gone Can anyone tell me why This app has become almost useless other than a now required ticket app of MLB     David Richardson

App is a mess Only reason to have it is because most teams require it for ticketing now And for God sakes re add the feature to track previous games in the history section I m missing several games now because I didnt realize you have to check in while you re actually at the game for it to be in your history     Jason Goy

Very clunky The back button tends to empty your cart wipe all info and send you to main menu Seats you have in cart before being kicked back are locked up and unavailable even though you can still click on them Overall pretty annoying user experience for purchasing Not to mention the escalated convenience fees that are a real thorn in the ass at the last minute Yeah real convenient         Bill S

The app displays the ticket bacode too small with no way to zoom in This makes it very difficult for the venue to easily scan the barcode on the ticket Also the app doesn t automatically set the screen brightness to max when viewing a ticket Again this makes it more difficult for the attendant to scan the ticket It would also be nice if there was a way to transfer purchased tickets to other users family members so that they can use their own device to get into the game         Scott Briscoe

Bad app I made an online purchase then had to install the app to access the tickets The tickets never loaded in the app I called customer service but they referred me to the team Team reps blamed it on the app Both parties said the purchase was non refundable We didn t get to see the game or our money DO NOT DOWNLOAD Use any other third party app that does everything within it and offers a refund when there are issues These greedy billionaires apparently need your hard earned money     Rico Sep

Terrible The forwarded ticket was showing up until I got to the ballpark and then the app crashed I couldn t get the app to show the ticket anymore Had to borrow the phone of the person that forwarded the ticket and go to the ticket office to get it printed If she hadn t been there I would have been been screwed The app failed for two other people that i was with     Stacy McGahey

Tickets won t show up in the app This is the second time buying tickets online and being told to use the ballpark app Both times it has been a hassel just to find the tickets still haven t this second time The app adds extra unnecessary steps of downloading the app and then requiring a separate ticket account Just email the tickets with a barcode and be done with it     Renee Fanning

Just have your tickets emailed This app sucks I migrated everything and saw my tickets then was in line and opened the app No tickets I had to get put of line and go to where they actually sell the tickets They had to look up the ticket and print me a hard ticket If you opt to have it in your app they don t send you a bar coded ticket in your email I missed the first inning as a result of this occurring     Jerry Abner
