The FreedomPop Diagnostic is now available as a free download on Google Play for Android owners. The application is designed for use in English language. It weighs in at only 10MB to download. The new FreedomPop Diagnostic app version 1.01.14.0422 has been updated on 2015-04-22. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. Well this is no help I ordered a new phone from FreedomPop Spent a night and 2 days trying set up I could not get a techs help I kept getting sales First day wanted 14 plus to get live tech help for 6 months UH NO Finally talked to a lady SHE TOLD ME I WAS LOGGING IN WRONG I knew that s wrong But the phone was dead and I wasn t home Today the live tech charge was 5 Cant use the phone its Sprint Sprint doesn t work in Colorado FIX THE DANG VOICEMAIL I m still LIVID     Cheryl Chavez
