I use to love this app until every time I tried to log it it kept telling me u don t have an account I find the Safe in cloud pro app much more reliable as soon as you download to a new phone and open it it has already been it the cloud and backed up for you     Rana Carpenter

Until I reset my tablet and now it shows I paid for it but once downloaded it asks for a master key and Nothing I put in works Customer service replied once I did what they asked did not work and they have never responded again All my passwords and user names are lost     Was great Daniel Dvorak

I loved this App for a couple of years then I upgraded to the Note 7 I could never recover my Passwords I contacted the developer about the trouble He had me update to 2 Newer versions neither of them recovered my passwords He did refund me for the upgrades however pushed off the problem to Google I have yet to ever recover all of my passwords and I have many I am certain if I update them myself again I will enjoy the App however it is a lot of work to recover them Now Samsung wants me to turn in my Note 7 again and here I go again Disappointed I could never recover those passwords         tim hicks

I originally had a difficult time transferring my files but it actually is pretty easy You have to create a new master password in your new device then import your files directly into your device s new Password 360 folder ignore the backup folder inside the password 360 folder it s misleading It s a simple matter of moving them then click import and voila Everything appears                     Jackie Xicara

I have been completely satisfied For instance when my phone just crashed I had backed up the password 360 folder to my desktop computer and was able to restore everything easily I use this app every day Who can remember all those different passwords                     A Google user

Upgraded from my note 4 to S7 Edge Transferred everything onto the new phone I have the paid version It would not recognise my password it says contact the developer I did 3 days ago but have not had a reply I uninstaller and reinstalled but still not working Still works fine on my Note 4 I will either transfer manually or buy a better password app Service on this app is rubbish     No good on new S7edge David Boyd
