HiVivo for ASUS VivoWatch

The HiVivo for ASUS VivoWatch is now available as a free download on Google Play for Android owners. The application is designed for use in English language. It weighs in at only 10MB to download. It is highly advisable to have the latest app version installed so that you don`t miss out on the fresh new features and improvements. The current app version 4.0.5 has been released on 2015-05-7. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. Latest version adds a feature called De stress Level Better name is kill battery life Turned it on and what had been consistently 1 week between charges became not even 1 day Turned it off and the watch is now back to 1 week of battery life This on top of the low value of the feature in the first place makes me wonder why this got released At least it s simple to turn off Future enhancements to the watch firmware to reduce crashes still about 2x month and improve sync performance phone app crashes during almost every sync would be more helpful Adding calendar events to the notifications option would be a huge help     Barry Brahier

The app crashes all the time causing the watch to lose connection but other than that all is good Out of all of the fitness watches that I have tried so far the Vivowatch is by far my favorite It is quite simplistic in its execution but that is one of its strengths The few things that it does it does flawlessly Like great battery life solid tracking and third party notifications There is a great foundation here that can be used to make this product perfect In future updates I would like to see some of the following resting heart rate tracking notifications to be stored on the watch to scroll through Bluetooth music controls Bluetooth disconnection warning descriptions of the icons in the app more detailed sleep tracking REM deep light awake exercise mode being a menu to select different exercises support for multiple types of exercises swimming cycling weight lifting etc smart coaching training plans custom watch faces manually adding workouts from the app preset message responses connecting with friends activity achievements reading full messages on the watch manually adding sleep from the appufeff a find my phone feature I look froward to the great improvements to come             Isaiah Scott

The app requires bluetooth restart if you sync or the app will fail to get any information from the device The app also sends out constant bluetooth connect requests to the watch that do not stop until you sever the bluetooth connection to the watch from your phone It has become so bad I have abandoned using the watch at all as it will ask me to press the button on the side of the watch every 2 mins without fail On top of all this the ASUS team has clearly responded to this issue in the comments but has failed to provide a solution within 6 months of the issue being known or failed to communicate whatsoever Great hardware has been let down severely by this app and I cannot recommend the device to anyone until ASUS fix the issues     Andrew Gibson

Every time we install after reinstalling to transfer records the sensor red and green light indicating heart beat does not work and watch dial cannot be read in the dark         Apps are bad every time we have to get a reccord of our reading we have to uninstall and then install it very coumbersome A Google user

Have to reinstall app regularly to get the watch to connect to the app the distance does not use stride length for computing distance travelled and is therefore inaccurate and useless Seems to count steps OK and is a reasonable watch but otherwise pretty disappointing Can you fix these issues     App keeps failing to connect to watch David McKay
