I like the application a lot I use it all the time for online payments and to check my credit There is one thing I mis and I think would help a lot of people I think it would be nice to get notifications on the end of the day or with every payment you make without the app This would give a clear overview for people to see if someone used theire card or if you lost it It would show a lot of people how much they spend on things and keep track of your balance a lot easier This is something I saw other countries had and was actually very interesting Such as how much you spent when you were abroad or on vacation                 Ebert

Good that you think about new features but I don t care about 4411 bus tickets If I would like to do that I ll use their app The KBC app is over 200MB I would like to see a light version with just the banking features The app still looks good though             Sam Achten

Terrible experience KBC Brussels Mobile app gives technical error when finalizing the payment But actually it makes the payment you only see it when you check your transactions statements and realise that there are two payments of 500 Euros Neither the customer service nor the technical help desk has no idea record of it whatsoever Only thing they suggest you to find another camera when next time you receive this error and document it because no screenshot allowed Must be a joke     A Google user

I like the simplicity of this app a lot The only thing that really bothers me are the unfamiliar names of the paid transactions It would be great if we could name them ourselves Example payments to MC Donalds are listed as lauxia Very confusing                 Jelle Smeets

Every time I try to log in the application stops working Tried everything and only by logging in is a problem When I try to withdraw money with the app or pay with a qr code scanning it works fine What can be the problem             Redei Richard
