The app states that you should select paper size 6 x 4 don t worry that it s the wrong size it will print correctly My HP printer 3835 said paper size does not match the selected size spat it out and would not communicate again with my phone So not very useful     A Google user

I don t understand how the pictures print oversized for me like older reviews mention but apparently fine for everyone else I selected the right paper size but misprints are wasting ink and paper     Steffani Ouano

I can t get my printer to print anything It just spits out blank photo paper Doesn t try to print the photo It will however print perfectly fine through other HP print apps Plug in is enabled ink cartridges are brand new smartphone galaxy s8 and printer hp deskjet 3520 series are on the same network Any suggestions         kai davison

That I can t shrink photos to fit how I want them to makes this app completely useless Now I m out 10 for 4x5 photo stock I didn t need since I have to use Photoshop to get a proper print anyways Thanks HP     A Google user

My app wont keep the print page open so im unable to print anything out i dont think its my phone as ivr updated it reset it and uninstalled any other hp apps the re installed them and i keep having the same issue the print page appears fpr about half a second then disappears again very infuriating         dani austin

App worked fine on my galaxy s6 edge from my experience The printer I used was HP deskjet 3520 Even though there wasn t an option on the app to print 4x5 with the special paper that came with the ink I just selected the 4x6 option and it printed those pictures just fine Can t wait to hang them up                 Good Julia Kulhawik
