Overall experience was fine Just 1 bitter experience on the flight KU104 on 20 01 2019 from Heathrow to Kuwait where the male hostesses were not ready to acknowledge my pre order of veg Jain meal And even doubted that I have placed Asked to check ticket and even after seeing ticket and special order were questioning the authenticity of the ticket That was very offending And that one experience changed my view point of the rest of the 3 journeys I had with them Thank you         gaurav gangwani
