The HondaLink is now available as a free download on Google Play for Android owners. The application is designed for use in English language. It weighs in at only 10MB to download. It is highly advisable to have the latest app version installed so that you don`t miss out on the fresh new features and improvements. The current app version 1.0.0 has been released on 2015-06-18. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. It worked well for a year Now the app has lost the entire section that relates to charging My car has not charged for 2 days I can not manually start the charge apparently because the app is still controlling my charging station and there is no start charge icon available to me Tech support is only from 6am to 5pm and they just told me that all they can do is put in a request and someone will call back within 1 to 2 business days Ridiculous             Barbara Gordon

The app never works This time it will not even connect to my vehicle or show me if my car is charging it s currently plugged into a public charger Nearly every time I use it I get an error message It doesn t show correct total mileage of the vehicle it does not show the correct mileage of the battery or gasoline engine ever Everytime it updates it constantly gives errors and is of no use to users It should be an easy one to get right but the Honda app engineers fail every time     Rachelle St. Amand

You really need to manage subscriptions either by phone or on a computer Entering your information in the data fields outright doesn t work the app will not tell you how much each subscription costs and it s extremely extremely unclear when you ve finally bought one Beyond that the app works pretty well except the info on my car like gas and oil is always wrong but you wouldn t rely on an app for that anyway         Clayton Anderson

The september 19 update did the trick for me and I m updgrading review from 2 to 4 stars All of the remote commands work for me which is a first and that s all I really care about The remote commands tab will often slide up repeatedly on its own and the odometer isnt usually current but charge and tank indicators are accurate 18 Clarity                 Mark Stevens

can t update my information Can t subscribe to service through app I give up The old version was better They even got rid of parking meter Which you could set the time and saved your location Update When I went online not through App I was able to update information In July 2019 I was able to CK my cars location in NY when I was in Florida Then it stopped Not sure why or if the past few updates corrected this but it shouldn t have happened                 Mark Flower

I almost always have a hard to syncing the app to my 2017 Civic and my 2018 Civic When it does it also almost never updates the info In the description section for my car it shows a picture of a silver 2017 civic which it is but in the color deacription it displays it as Burgundy Night P The description for my 2018 is fine Easily the least useful app on my phone and i have excercise apps install to go with a gum membership that i keep paying for and have not attended in 2 years lol     Chris Blais

Last updat broke the app How you ask On the launch screen where you have the add new vehicle and then UNDER THAT is where users can Sign In it s too low it s not in side the set parameters for the active portion of the screen because of this the phone s home button is directly over the sign in there s no work around there s no way I can press sign in because the home button for the phone hovers over it You have to move the sign in button up or change the parameters on frame     Omega Follis

The app is functional but shows poor attention to detail for example 8 AM is not the same as 8 PM or better use military time instead of AM PM yet that distinction seems to go over the heads of Honda s app developers Also it would be helpful if for the Clarity one could specify a maximum SOC such as 80 etc             Lowell Greenberg

If I could give it zero stars I would Occasionally works for our Honda Clarity but 90 of the time it is useless Won t update vehicle stats says can t connect with moving vehicle when it s parked incorrectly shows odometer even when it does update It won t schedule charge or correctly work on climate controls When I originally installed it a year ago it seemed to work about 75 of the time but each time the app was updated it worked less and less Now it is completely useless     J Smythe
