The application has gotten better it s easy to login and check video on the cameras The quality can be changed to high or low for either faster or slower respond Ialso like that uppity can hear well from the camera to the phone I hope it keeps getting updated one of the functions I would like to see is motion video on the application sending alerts to the application Overall good application                 Miguel Angel

Love how easy and clear it is but playback has a bug in it now and you can t check multiple spots on your timeline without it freezing They ve also removed the link to download the app into your laptop and since I ve bought a new one I can t add it Please BRING BACK THE LINK                 Amy McCloskey

I ve had my Q see cameras for about 4 years they work fine However during the last 6 months I have lost connection to remote monitoring to my phone Every week I have to reboot my system then connects to my phone again long last 1 day then disconnect again         Andres Suarez

most options stopped working takes forever to connect there are definitely better camera systems with better apps out there this was my first time installing a camera but lesson learnt Don NOT go cheap cuz they will stop updating their apps and you will be left with a very very annoying system where you want it to work it doesn t     live freely

My friend who installed the cameras linked the monitor to my cell phone But the pictures don t always show up when I click on the app I don t know how to make them appear Sometimes if I am away from the house it s nice to be able to see I have four cameras Thank you for any help you can give me                 Donna Chaban

It works Great I had to play around with all the icons in order to get used to everything but that s something I do with any new app so that was no big deal I m giving four stars instead of five because the video doesn t load sometiemes when the app is opened and there s internet available                 Jada G.

After about 8 years of using qsee qt view app with many updates it s sporadic at times sometimes it will stop working for no reason for days weeks at a time i don t think it s operator error the qsee analog cameras have held up very well for 10yrs no reason to upgrade esp with excellent night vision i just wish they didn t attract bugs at night resulting in spider webs all over the cams maybe someday             L. The app is awesome very easy to use and navigate Being able to watch past recordings is a plus Also you can adjust the camera settings from your phone Swipping left or right to see the cameras is a great feature as well                     Glenn Swords

Often get messags cameras are off line when all other apps are on line This causes me to stop being able to view on my Samsung phone after cameras were viewable a few minutes before I do not know how to remedy the problem 000         Mitzi Hays

app seems to not work more than it works I ve called c s to fix before This time i did the same thing they had me do last time and it didn t work A customer shouldn t have to call c s every couple weeks Please try to fix this app for good It is really good when it works     A Google user

Auto update concern I have auto updates turned off on my Samsung Note 8 However this app continues to try and update regardless of that setting I like the app but do not want it to update automatically with my express consent I also do not have the app itself allowed to auto update         Ken F

The app is barely okay It is not at all as good as Super Live Pro We got new phones and the prior app was not updated to work on the new phones Had to use this one Very unstable The server list keeps disappearing Constantly have to reenter the server information Cannot remotely configure alarms like could with Super Live Pro This app will only do that with newer DVRs They need to make this app have all the functionality of Super Live Pro and or upgrade Super Live Pro         Edna Luther
