Took a minute to figure it out YOU MUST CONFIRM EMAIL BEFORE LOGGING IN Hopefully that helps some Once logged in it s pretty easy to navigate Would be nice if it wasn t written with broken English However I m still going to give it a good try I ll update my review accordingly after I ve use the product for a few weeks                 Mindy Stone

I bought the thermometer from Amazon and the app is easy to use I do not like the sick menu They need to add a way of changing the options or adding your own I ve had a wicked sore throat the past few days and it s not an option on there nor is anything close                 Rachael G

This app is horrific I got signed in and then it crashed on me as I logged my information It now refuses to open and just blinks across my screen before crashing again and again Will be returning this device and warning others against it on Amazon So sad I had high hopes for this on my TTC journey Thanks for nothing I keep seeing Update the app this is fixed comments but I have the latest version Please don t try and tell me to update anything     Somer Koehn

PregAid is there a way to record cervical mucus I just got the thermometer and app and was really hoping to be able to keep track of mucus as well Can you add that I noticed other thermometers and apps have that ability If I d realized that this app doesnt have that I would have purchased a different one Thanks for considering it             Carrie Dippel

Couldn t get signed in had to record data as guest for 2 weeks Finally got that figured out but now can t adjust cycle days or days of cycle It keeps telling me that I ve already finished my period when it hasn t even started Does anyone know how to contact the developer or how to actually make those changes to their account     Nikki Loiacono

Trying to get this to work but the app keeps crashing every time I try to use the calendar and forgets my recorded data It automatically put in a menstruation cycle every month and I can t delete them I have a highly irregular cycle and that s what I was trying to gain more knowledge about but apparently if you don t have a cycle that month it tells you to check if something is wrong I had high hopes for this device in helping me see if I ovulate but so far I m hating it and considering returning I was wondering why this one was so much cheaper than the others on he market and now I know why     Samantha Plasky

This is my 2nd attempt with this app First was unsuccessful and I had to return the product since I couldn t use the app at all I was contacted by the support team and informed that the app has been fixed I decided to give it another try and it works perfectly The interface is very intuitive and stores other info as well This is a great idea to incorporate an app that tracks your cycle temp and every info about your body in one place Also great customer service                     Great app Martyna Jones

Why does this app need access to my entire phone Doesn t make sense Also having issues when I try to use the calendar function I apparently can t return the purchase on Amazon so it looks like I m out 30 Not happy Redesign the app so that I don t worry that you re stealing all my data Edit 3 31 17 I was told to re download as they had fixed the problem but they still request access to texts photo media etc Not interested I can t think of a reason why they need access to that info based on how the thermometer works         Kate Samuelson
