Dwelo: Smart Apartments

The Dwelo: Smart Apartments is now available as a free download on Google Play for Android owners. The application is supporting English language. It weighs in at only 10MB to download. The new Dwelo: Smart Apartments app version 1.0 has been updated on 2015-08-4. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. App isnt very user friendly It does work But ever since I started using the Hello Goodbye feature it displays the wrong thermostat setting even after refreshing             Andrew Wilson

The app is cool definitely unlocks and locks the door as well as control all the lights except barroom where I live It also control the thermostat I love that My issue is my girl has a newer iPhone and it has waaaay more features and I have Galaxy Note So Dwello when do you plan on stepping yall game up and making all the features for Android as I have no plans in life on switching back to Apple ever                 Jackin Ralph

Cool when it works but rarely does work It turns things on and off but the status in the app will be wrong Door unlock code is finicky Thermostat has said its 71 in my apartment since March Hopefully they update soon because it sorely needs it I don t think they care much though Apartments will get it just so they can say they have smart apartments         Josh Kent

Contrary to the experiences of many others on here the app works flawlessly with our unit the locks the thermostat and the lights There s a lag of maybe 1 2 second between when I press a button on the app and when it takes effect The door code and guest access works well also Pretty satisfied with the experience overall                     Jackson Alvey

allow us to set schedules and give us notifications we should be able to set the temps and lights throughout the day and be notified if something is turned on or or or unlocked so we re aware why does it not work with Google home why can it not be reached this app is trash the system isn t much better the only good thing about it is that it can be used with Google home voice controls when i get home or in bed but now that doesn t even work     A Google user

I have had issues with this system ever since i moved in first the doors would not lock or unlock to the point I had to come back to my home just to check if the system accidentally unlocked my door after they sent a tech the dwelo system stopped working with my Alexa it has been over a month and they still are trying to find a solution very bad service not worth the money in comparison to other companies that offer the same service     Juan Rios

Demanding my building remove dwelo s thermostat it s garbage No matter what I set the AC or Heat to via app or physically adjusting it it randomly jumps up in temp I set the AC on 70 10 mins later it jumps to set as 78 Set the heat to 72 it resets as 78 or 68 Useless money pit that often makes my apartment unbearably uncomfortable Building maintenance told me they hate the system never works right and dwelo support takes weeks to resolve any issues bye bye dwelo     Justin

on par with a good undergrad CS project every button click forces a full screen refresh load screen and there s no concept of schedules for thermostats compatible with google home for 2 days maybe then the device has to be unlinked and re linked this is trash     A Google user

Pretty good so far I would be more impressed if the integration with Google home mini was up And also sometimes I see light and door lock status show incorrect but I usually use my keys all the time This isn t blocker issue for me but status isn t consistent some times Most times it does what it says and happy about it                 A Google user

For being a smart home system it really isn t very smart You can t even program the thermostat let alone the lights and lock to shut down at night Plus half the time my app is wrong doors unlocked when it says locked incorrect thermostart temp etc         A Google user

So the app is fine I suggest that everyone take a look around your house after the man or woman installed the system because the guy that came in and did my system stole my pain pills Like come on dude Now i cant stand the pain im in an cant sleep     spree clips

Had an issue with the thermostat and David from customer care helped me so much Turned out it was only the batteries but he helped me troubleshoot and made sure I was okay with everything before he hung up When I reached out I expected the normal because its late Friday we will get back to you Monday due to the office hours Turns out they are a company that cares enough to be available if you are uncomfortable Like in my situation Friday at like 8 pm I enjoyed the professionalism and personable conversation too Way to go David You re a great asset to the company and thanks feel I for providing a great service                     Melanie Moore

Works very well for giving out guest code for my place so I can grant temporary access to the door lock Also is flawless for turning on the porch light at night and making sure the thermostat is saving energy when no one is there Great app and great company Thank you                     Jan Finn
