This app does not let you choose when you want to pay and it wants you to pay the day you get the policy Most insurance companies do not work that way Text team does not properly punctuate and they did not seem to care about the face that I needed it to come out on a certain day No thanks I will be going elsewhere     Dianna Hodgson

Was given a quote and immediately asked to put in my card info for payment without bothering to ask if I was ok with that rate or if I needed it right away When I showed them that the quote I was given was a lot higher than my current rate and other rates I had shopped around for with more coverage I was then told to just try again in a few months They advertise that if they cannot match or beat my current rate I get a 50 Amazon card and the gentleman just stopped talking to me instead     Stephanie Anderson

If I could give a negative 5 star review I would The advertising is deliberately false I was given one quote in the app that was already more than what I pay then when I received a text from a rep there was a second quote that was even higher When they obviously couldn t match let alone beat my current rate there was no mention of a 50 amazon gift card and there was no further contact from the rep Be warned Cover you can be sued in small claims courts for deliberate false advertising     Ana Arias

On a whim after searching on my own for a better rate for auto insurance I downloaded and gave Cover a try I was nervous and rightfully so but I was exhausted from the exaggerated rates I was being quoted After talking to Kiana who answered all my questions and concerns without hesitation I decided to give Cover a try Not only did I receive excellent customer support but my quote for full coverage is shy of 100 less than what I was being quoted on my own                     Diana C

The app is really predatory for how they advertise their services The app tells you a cheaper price but when the agent calls they price you a different one Kinda useless having the app give you a quote that is not true In my honest opinion you are better off just going to the main insurances website and getting a quote there I would not use this app again         Cheng Vang
