I really liked the app and how easy it was to see ride lines add photos from rides make reservations etc however I soured on it after purchasing several of the photos on the app I went online with my computer to download them Here I see that for just a few dollars more I could have gotten ALL of my pictures for a week I wish this option had been apparent I even thought something of the sort might exist and looked for it within the app Unfortunately I missed out on several pictures         Jessica Wallace-Harala

Not user friendly but useful at parks I had massive issues getting the app to do what I needed like searching for stores and I found myself accidentally quitting the app frequently I was never able to view a menu for the dining places and the MaxPass thing is a joke 15 bucks wasted on that digital fast pass BS I only used it once and the other FP digital ones were 6 or 7 hours later or they were sold out I did enjoy the updated wait times and the mobile ordering That s why it s a 3             Rachael Downs

Cool possibilities but still has links to iron out Estimated standby wait time was sometimes off by 30 minutes or more and the app didn t always update that wait time efficiently Navigation has redundancies that could be removed and would result in greater ease of use Max pass mobile food orders and photo linking are all awesome                 123456789geoff

Has potential to be a great app but between crashing not loading not saving plans and being unable to make reservations at dining locations makes it difficult to use Also unfortunate to have to rely on a buggy app if you re visiting more than one day This app and the Play app need serious work and debugging Other wise I recommend it             Marlee Lynch

This app is great I was able to do everything on this Find the closest restroom what restaurant have tacos and how to get there from my location I was able to book my fastpass upon leaving california adventures heading to disneyland Also being able to see wait times ahead of time was very helpful to break my experience into sections My trip was for 3 days with max pass and park hopper The only thing i didnt enjoy was at a certain time in the day the fastpass was unavailable                     Jerica Finley

The app was a little confusing at first but after a brief intro from a nice cast member it was a snap to use Very beneficial to make our visit to Disneyland more enjoyable and efficient Some pictures from rides took a day to show up in the app Be patient they will arrive Make sure to bring an extra battery pack or two or three Using the cell phone so much for a 16 hour visit really burns through batteries                 Todd Ouchida

With this app we were able to locate rides restrooms restaurants and everything else we were looking for at California Adventure and Disneyland Parks At our advanced age it was nice to use the fastpass maxpass to make reservations for our rides so we had plenty of time to get there AND enjoy ourselves We had a terrific time and what we weren t familiar with the cast members were more than happy to assist us and help us get back to the happiest place on earth                 A Google user

Love this App we used the app for the 1st time when we went to Disneyland in the summer and it was totally worth it we got a fastpass when we were on the other side of the park and we were able to reserve a spot for lunch and order our ice cream on the appt walk in pick it up and get back to our spot just in time to watch the fireworks I will definitely be using this app again                     Victoria gutierrez

This is a very good app I recommend you use it whenever you go to Disneyland You can use a map to see where everything is see ride wait times mobile order your food get FastPasses and basically everything you need on your trip to the Disneyland Resort                     J Comfort

I have to give this app a 1 because when creating an account I am forced to select my birthday by manually tapping through each month There are about 400 months between the present and when I was born so this is a fantastic waste of time that could be eliminated so easily with a different field type for birthday I m liable not even to use the app because of this Please make this improvement     Jeremy Mozlin

This app is not built for android or something is severely wrong I have a galaxy s9 and it is so glitchy Features don t work such as auto fill freezes app and some menus I am completely unable to buy tickets because the menus don t load You can t type in your birthday so you literally have to scroll back one click at a time to get to your birthday year Which if you are 30 like me can be over 300 clicks Just terribly built app very annoyed     Alex Poworoznek

Frustrating to sign in locked me out because i put the wrong password in and it doesn t say how long i need to wait to try again they ask for a bunch of personal info that s not necessary to link my tickets and get fast passes Why do you need my address and birthday and for me to log into an account I already purchased tickets and maxpass just please let me easily sync that info with the app and I can get going Instead it s a dismal customer experience as I m locked out for an unspecified t     Jonathan Thwaits

This app is horrible I spent 10 minutes looking for the text box for the chat room only to discover I had to scroll way down to find it And when I did it frequently did not let me enter text I attempted to make a reservation only to find out I needed to make a reservation by selecting tickets Lastly this app is very unstable inside the park Maybe you should divert more of your imagineering to customersatisfactioneering     Michael Jackson

I ve used this app in the past and its so awesome I always recommend to friends and family that are going to Disneyland The down side is when I m not at Disneyland and i see my app I get Disneyland withdrawals lol I just love the happiest place on earth                     Rosa Gonzalez

I am supposed to be able to reserve days to enter the parks with my flex pass But the reserve page wont load even after 10 minutes I had to use an iPad and log in to be able to make a reservation This is a serious bug     Alia Bakr
