App will not accept taking photos of my personal documents It tricks you into thinking it works and then asks you to take photos again the next time you get on Then trying to submit a ticket to the support you just get a loading screen that appears to never send your inquiry Nice job guys If you don t fix this problem I can easily take my business elsewhere Who knows what Robinhood is even doing with all of my personal document photos anyway     Vinny Colson

Great app Simple easy and no fee So much better than paying for every transaction This will be trading of the future for sure I can see other companies disappearing like what UBER did to taxis This app puts YOU in control of everything It s really nice and has options of ETFs bluechips and penny stocks Sometimes a withdrawal can take a few days but no biggie just be aware A great way to save money as well Just passed the one year mark and put away a decent amount                     Jesse Strang

Not ready for prime time Linking my funding account was problematic with time out and oops there was a problem errors When linked I purchased some shares and was really liking the app The layout and info are good Then the next day they suspended my account and hit me with a fee After hours getting their error reversed apologies and all the next day I get another message that I am suspended except to sell which I did and deleted the app Not worth your time and hard earned     Paul Votava

Ive been using this for several months Great ap Fast Easy to use Easy to transfer money Its just gotten a new update that added an internal message system that gives you updates on your stocks and bonds as well as ones youre monitoring in your portfolio As a test i initially wire transfered 300 And have been doing multiple trades and transactions since then and have never had any issues Its also very light on system usage I highly recommend this ap                     Jason May

Works great except for customer service The only issue I ve had is once when I tried to transfer in money to buy a stock and the transfer didnt go through When I did the transfer again it now did it twice As a result twice the money went in then I wanted and it got denied by bank So Robinhood locked out my transfers for 2 weeks As a result I missed out on buying some key stocks when they were cheap No CS was there to help Besides that 1 issue everything else is great                 Jon M

Great app Does what it is meant to do just fine I just wish I could display my current option contracts in total profit loss and my watch list shares holding as last price instead of having a single display controlling everything Because it ends up showing my watchlist as N A since there is no profit or loss for them Would love an update to have this feature                     C Note

This app works great everything but the customer support is on point I ve been emailing support for months with no results Also I had to dig for an hour to find a phone number which is just an automated message telling me to email support Please be sure that if you use this app to be careful If anything messes up and you need to contact support you re just SOL My money is lost and there is no way to get it back         Aaron Wall

I d give it 5 stars but over the last few days it s been shutting down spontaneously every time I tried logging in Finally started working again after several attempts at reinstalling u0026 restarting my phone Options trading issue often the price magically goes down when I try to close a position in the money rendering it unable to close the position It would be nice if we were able to see more comprehensive dividend history u0026 compare against charts instead of having to google it all                 Taran Bhullar

I use it but I am highly disappointed by the lack of information and false information on stocks Specifically dividend stocks Robinhood will say a stock dividend yield is say 4 when in reality its 6 I have found this on numerous stocks and so have many youtubers With that being said it has been inaccurate for months and you guys have not fixed the issue I have found videos dating back almost 6 month to 1 year of this being true I know I m not the first to bring to ur attention     Shawn Strode

Been using the app for alittle over a month now Everything was great until I seen my buying power change when I haven t bought any stocks wheres my money disappearing to And then around 10pm one night I logged into the app and seen I lost some money in stock How you lose money at 10pm Market closes at 4 after hours ends at 6 so how did I lose money             Joseph Nagy

misleading Market prices are off You decide to buy at 5 per share yet it shows you actually bought at 6 per share Sell prices conveniently don t have the same mark up If you show the buy price it should be that buy price since this is supposedly fee free Currently in on a stock Got in before it got anywhere near the SMA the stock rises on ThinkorSwim to near the SMA yet it still says I ve lost money On top of that it says price is 12 68 when actual is 12 73             ACE21813

Something is wrong with the numbers and percentages Makes it very confusing I think I need a fix Android Robinhood responded to the issue within minutes and explained the issue and the fix was made by the next business day That s good service Hello again there s yet another mistake in the numbers for my account Please look into what s causing this issue They are always quick to respond and fix the issues                     Jason Aldred

This app glitches very badly almost every day during premarket plus generally another 15 or so minutes Nearly every day the change will include yesterday s change as well making it impossible to know the day s actual movement If this isn t fixed I m taking my money somewhere else because this is absolutely ridiculous I also constantly get the same days and weeks old news articles popping up in my cards on the main page Also can t reorganize your homepage which is very frustrating     Parker Brown

Functionality is fine but layout and design are lacking I don t like the green theme throughout Every time I use the app it never feels intuitive and I stumble around usually leaving the app disappointed with the experience In general I expect to use an app only a few times before it becomes natural and not cumbersome The app could use some traditional layouts It feels like it s a disorganization mess But after all it is a great platform and the realtime updates are a nice touch             Dan Nordmann

While on the surface Robinhood is great after a few days of use this app leaves much to be desired After doing your own research planning and so forth outside of Robinhood it is great for executing the trade you have calculated and for free Also the interface can really be anxiety inducing without a way to calm it down no UI settings             Justin Noah

I had it for like 3 or 4 month In the time I had it It never processes my initial payment and I never got to buy or sell stocks It s still process something over this time I couldn t delete or find a way to get rid of my account Even after looking online The website and app have nothing to make it an option To this day I removed the app since I cant do anything with it     Gamer E Raid

The app is legit but it s specifically designed for long term investors only Day trading on this app is not only frowned upon by robinhood but it seems as though they have set it up to almost make it impossible The app also doesn t update in real time so the only way to really sell a stock is to put a limit order to sell and hope the stock peaks past that limit Another problem I ve noticed is that the stock values do not seem to update regularly Robinhood is for investors not sellers         Landon L'Ecuyer

App is good but wow is it annoying to look at graphs with no y axes A huge spike on the graph could be 10 cents or it could be 100 You literally have to hover over different parts of the graph to see the dollar amounts Not sure how an investing app overlooked that but it drives me crazy every time             Ryan R

I enjoy the overall purpose of this app and find it mostly functional The widget for it however is very lacking It wont accurately display prices or even the overall account balance Weather it has been refreshed manually or on its automaic schedule the prices are always off even after having just exited the app         Matt Bush

Thankfully support was able to confirm and renew this My account was softlocked and seemingly wiped clean due to an exception not being caught down the line where a new account was generated on top of my original Another place to catch the exception and notify me was when I logged in your servers could see I had two accounts with one email                 AK

It is a great way to get your toes wet in the stock market and the app is very user friendly with great security Explanantions for trade options are thorough and it is a good experience all around My only complaint is there are no partial shares recognized If there is a split then it is your loss I am still trying to figure out where a partial share goes if you end up in that situation Overall it is a pretty great opportunity to try out trading and investing                 Denise Kennedy

Robinhood is by far one of the most unreliable apps in 2019 For instance I had a account for several months but then they kicked me out and deleted my savings and investments Note that I used the correct email and password to sign in I even contacted customer service Not even that could resolve my problem     Unbox Tech
