If you are Android owner,you now can download Direct Express® for free from Google Play. The application is supporting English language. It weighs in at only 10MB to download. Would be a great app if it worked needs to be taken down until it is fixed Even customer service said that it nor the website works and they don t know why it was even released yet So Google please contact app developers and have them take this down until they get it to work                 Trevor Bennett
Tried to register on this b s app Won t even let you register after giving them all of the correct info SSA chose poorly I won t be using the card for long Took them 4 months to even send me a card and only after 3 trips to SSA office and having to badger direct express SSA sent me 4 paper checks and then gave me a hard time for getting paper checks I don t have a lot of confidence in either I see many others are having the same issue Margaret says to call No thanks She can call me     Karl Lafler
This is got to be the most frustrating aggravating app I ve ever in my life used There is no customer service ever you can call and call and call for hours and days and months and never get one person on the line you don t even get options they just hang up on you click we re busy click Absolut fail It doesn t read your card right then it doesn t read your email right you can t fix it if you try to call there s no one to get to if you try to go to the app it won t do anything correctly     Tammy McKinley
HAVE PATIENCE FOLKS After many attempts to register my card account and getting authentication failed I called the customer service number in app Imagine my surprise to find I had to call another number So I call the one on the back of card Was informed that this app supports cards beginning with 5332 They haven t launched the app for 5115 yet They are making sure any glitches are fixed and app is easy to navigate and user friendly     Deborah Delhomme

I uninstalled this app when my phone was stolen now i have yried for 2 months after reinstalling it to get it to work I cant get anyone on the phone and no way to get answers or help I absolutely lived the app when i first installed it But now im getting pissed that i cant get any help     Tamara Nichols

For myself it s inconvenient due to no other banking or personal parties may deposit money into my account unless it s government affiliated with the with card no wire transfer etc So I m extremely limited on those points also doesn t report to the three main credit bureaus             Laura Brick
The app works fine for small things but customer service is absolutely horrible Have tried to get an agent on the phone for 5 days and it gives me the we are too busy voice message before it hangs up on me Get Bluebird to put your money on you get service EVERY time you call     robinginnette
it s great to check your balance deposits and transactions but that s about it anything else you have to go online or heaven forbid have to try and call because you can NEVER get through to anyone on the phone you always have to call back later personally I don t like direct express much but i don t have a choice                 shannon hall
This app it s really bad cause u can t log in or register at all cause it tells u all the time it s and error it sucks its only one star I m giving them but not even one star no body has to give them I m been trying to register my card and trying to get the app to work and also when I use the card they charge me more of what I spend and they charge u everything u do that s sucks     Roxie Mendez

the first time I installed direct Express on a phone that was was three or four upgrades ago I had no problems but this version of app will not let me choose a security question neither of them even though I am blind I ask for help from people who are not and they still cannot get it to let us select the security questions stopped here need help I know it s a good app if I could get it to work but like stay stopped here     Ashley Patten

Will not activate Keeps rejecting my card number even though its a valid card Ive used it online and in stores but the app returns a message and says tge card number is not valid Also why doez this app require the ability to make phone calls     Matthew Clark

direct express has real issues when you try to sign in or to activate your card More then likely you will have to contact customer no service and holding on the line for over an hour and having to listening to the absolute worst music Take my advice and get another banks card Save yourself the agony     Jon whiteman

I love this card The only problem I have is trying to get a customer service agent I m trying to get a replacement card but on 8 23 19 I sat on hold for over an hour for a customer service representative and got no one I just tried calling again being its early but I get a message saying there is high call volume Just exactly how am I supposed to get my replacement card if I can t get a service rep to talk to There really needs to be an option to get a replacement card thru the app         Chelsea Sacher
