Superb but there are some things that I need to say First of all I hav multiple plans activated like 1 5 gb per day for 149 and 2 gb per day for 448 pl make it like on opening the app the active plan is shown on the main screen rather than the unused plan Which means the app should show the plan being used In my case if im using the 2gb per day plan It doesn t show hw mch its remaining It shows the other plan s full remaining data Thanks                     Athul Issac George

Was great at the start Now customer support is almost non existent Also now cant transfer plan voucher to other jio numbers Any jio number inputted the app says invalid number Further the customer care on email just directs you to a youtube video showing the procedure without accepting that theres a problem in their app or server or whatever Really leaves one feeling angry     Basant Pandey

In the latest version of my Jio app there s a new option in it named Jio cloud and in that there s a bug or may harmful to the user In Jio cloud settings auto backup is enabled by default without user permission And i shocked that lot of my photos are being uploaded without my permission     KIRAN KRISHNAN

My Jio app has gone best to worst It doesn t show the status of my number like when my plan is going to expire and how much data balance I have used Had a live chat too with one of the customer executive named Fazil who in reply said that your problem has been raised u0026 will notify once it s resolved and it s more than 4 days I haven t heard anything from Jio team Pathetic customer service     Hemant Kapil

Very slow net connection even voice calls also not clear on ky area Mahendraganj 794106 I complaint for this for so many times but every time your customer care and your Jio associates told me that after 1 2 weeks you get better connection but till now my network issue is not solved I also suggest and request to Jio Customer care and Jio associate s for install a new tower on my locality area but no response Rjio service is too bad Go for other operators     Bidyut Barman
