All I needed was an app that lowered my brightness further since my phone blinded me and gave me headaches every night even at it s lowest This goes above and beyond by giving you various options that reduce blue light effect Most of them I m not a fan of I guess they are situational but I found one which I love so I can finally use my phone in bed without incinerating my eyes out                     Kumbi

This is a great app I have the same convenience as my last phone in having the controls to turn on my phone s warm lighting setting on the quick access drop down menu from any screen My new phone doesn t allow me to switch off the blue light like my cheaper phone did and even at the lowest brightness level the backlight is still extremely bright So this app is a very much appreciated feature that s been so great for me                     Lyndsey Davis

A great app As a bartender I set it to function at 2am Turns when I wake up So I never notice it when it is in use Noticed a very good difference in my ease to get to sleep after work The only reason for not giving 5 stars is when its set as dropdown app it randomly turns on during the day and because the way I set at night means when it is on I cant see anything on my during the day which means a blind scramble to turn it off Would still reccommend for a sleep patterns otherwise                 Chris Ricketts

I m torn the app worked great for years Then with the new update they added pop up ads when u turn on or off the app Typically these ads have blindingly white background and delay the onset of the app Super annoying in the middle of the night when u have set everything else up to be in dark mode app has ribbon apps and others which are w e but be warned about the popups shame too otherwise previous versions worked well Disappointed             C R

This app is simple to use the filters work there aren t that many ads and everything is easy to set up My only problem is that the seemingly most effecting one called eclipse just dims your screen There are 8 filters in total but none of them have explanations on how they work 1 of them actually makes the screen more blue I don t know how that would help A simple solution to this problem would be to add explanations on how each filter works in the how it works tab                 Rita

Great when it works I ve changed all types of setting and it still never auto turns on I keep it because it works very well manually I just wish since its offered it did the auto start There sre other apps that are the same so there really is no difference I just decided to keep this one because it doesn t take up a lot of space and it s super easy to use                 Laura Carmer

I have a Sony ZX1 and other filters STILL don t dim the screen due to its inherent uber brightness This is the filter that works on all my devices has the easiest control and more importantly actually provides a comfortable viewing experience I really can t recommend this enough especially for anyone like me who uses there phone for when they can t sleep like listening to relaxing sounds and doesn t want to be BLINDED everytime you open your phone to use it Seriously use this filter                     Kindly Viking

For me it is best eye protection night mode app for android devices it really protects our eyes from harmul blue ligth exposure of which is really harmul and it provides us with nearly 8 to 9 different mode of night with even different color temperature by using the concepts of physics u can also increase or decrease its intensity and u can also turn on and off this app from notification bar it also has timer so basically i really appreciate the work of this app                     Satyam Tiwari

I think it s great so far with a lot of customizability as far as filters go the only thing I wish it had is the ability to have multiple schedules so for instance you could have an more concentrated filter scheduled for night and a lighter one for day time                 Gillian Morello

The app was good in the beginning but for some reason it turns on and off in a flash all the time In addition a light hase appears on the screen whenever I use the night light mode setting I noticed a fade of color on the upper right corner of my tablet as well This is very annoying to say the least I uninstalled the app for this reason         Jay Rivera

I love the screen dim and intensity sliders they really kick in well I noticed the difference right after turning it on The few issues I encountered are that it sometimes turns itself off and it can be quite uncomfortable for the sudden change Also the auto timer doesn t work well Generally though it s great at its job             thor thunder

this works great the only problem is that it doesn t show up over notifications or the lock screen which is FiNe because i don t spend most of my time looking at those parts of my phone but it still is a shock to the eyes also it does show up in screenshots and even darker and idk if its possible to change that but its really annoying bc if i want a clear screenshot i have to turn it off otherwise its great                 Lee Lloyd

it works exactly like it says it will no ads from this game outside of the app you can adjust the intensity so you dont have to deal with an extremely yellow or red screen there are multiple different options of filters for you to chose from so you can find what one fits you best I wish they did the filter for the notification bar too it s very startling to go from the filter to the normal light of your phone but i understand why they dont OVERAL REVIEW GREAT APP                     McKayla Nicole

I like all the different options and the explanation on different colour temperatures and it s true that this is easier on the eyes but the scheduling is a problem Despite me setting this to switch on at 9pm I still have to manually open the app and switch it on myself If I leave my phone alone for awhile it switches itself off and the notification bar disappears             sassy-in-glasses

It s A very simple app it has very little expectations due to its simple job Extra bonus it allows you to adjust how dark you wish the screen to be and how Orange you want your screen to be Along side that it comes with a small set of different shades of orange from a range of red orange to yellow orange But when all Is said and done it does what it s intended to do therefore gets a 5 star from me                     Xander LastName

I love this I ve been having blue light headaches and this completely stops them I recommend doing the screen dim in the app as well The one problem and the reason I only gave it 4 5 stars is that the filter only works on the home screen not the lock screen I d like it to work on everything while it s on Otherwise great app                 Emma Williams

The blue light filtering seems pretty good but the first several screens are almost entirely shades of blue before you can even switch the filter on The exact color this app is supposed to reduce is heavily featured in its design Its such a glaring mistake it almost seems intentionally malicious The other thing is none of these apps are able to draw over your notification drop menu so if you open it it will blow your eyes out That isnt the devs fault though its an android quirk             Bryan Lapointe

this app is convenient and adjustable i bavent used all the features on it het but im sure I will eventually it definitely makes a difference in my night time eye strain and i do have an easier time transitioning from screen time to sleep time one thing I will say is this app will tint the screenshots you take which is a little annoying bur honestly i dont know what else could be done about that so I didnt deduct any stars                     Cheyanne Way

I don t know why this app asks for your camera permission It claims for flashlight but I don t think that s why because I denied that option and I have no problem using my flashlight Other than that this app works perfectly I can dim the screen down to a comfortable brightness for my eyes which is lower than my screen normally let s me It also has many different types of warm lights which can be nice however I just prefer the normal comfort view             TheFallenKilljoy

I ve been having issues with my insomnia for the past four years and I can tell you that this app has definitely helped me fall asleep much easier It takes me about 3 5 days to get my sleep habits back into the groove if I get thrown off The ability to modify the intensity allows me to ramp it up as the night goes on puts less stress on my eyes After staring at a screen for 8 hours a day at work this app is definitely a breath of fresh air for my every day life Nice sleek and intuitive                     Caleb Mabry
