HEY TECH DEPARTMENT I have used this app for some time now within the restrictions you have set meaning there is no choice but to crop photos to your specs I cant use more than 2 effects even though I have paid for almost all of them and you claim 3 are possible and I still enjoy using the app However the app is now unavailable when I try to use I have a brand new Samsung Note phone I have uninstalled the app several times and reinstalled What is the problem         cara rios

I had this app a good while ago and recently downloaded it to my new phone Its changed so much and not for the better They have made it so hard to find the free effects and it was so simple before I thought I had it sussed the other day and I go back in and it seems to be back to square one I feel they have done this so that you ll buy more which is fair enough from their stand point but why is it so difficult to navigate It s like a maze I wouldn t recommend this app at all now     Casey Cas

It s okay for fun but that s about it you can t even edit it to make it look natural and there s barely any free stuff yes it s pretty cheap but regardless it s pretty basic not great if you re into editing let s just put it that way     kathleen jolly

So far I am struggling to find out how you can use it properly I want to add a collaboration with several pictures to make a video with the glitter effects but it only excepts one picture that would be OK I can make the collage using another app but then it wants me to crop the picturewhich ruins my collage so if I can t work it out I will looking elsewhere         Kristina Coulthread

finished quality is poor The effects are clear but photo and text in the uploaded photo are rendered flat and fuzzy A great way to add something fun though Very easy to use If they bumped up the quality of the finished image as it looked when uploading this would be great It also doesn t save exactly where you put the effect I have to do it maybe 3 or 4 times because it always save the effect above where I put it         Canadian Coral

the picture adjustments are great and I would rate them with 5 stars but the application is more often than not stopping and crashing so cannot really use it Also if I manage to open picture and apply the tricks after I save it it is misplaced on the picture So basically I have heard about it amazing things spend money on it but cannot really use it which is pretty upsetting         Katerina Chapman

Could have rated 5 star but it still needs some major improvement 1 the app is too slow 2 the cropping feature shouldn t b there so that a full selfie can be used for editing 3 one major issue with the app is the downloading u0026 selection of a AR Once U download or select a AR u0026 go back to choose or saarch more options it takes u back to the start of the gallery Eg I m on the end of the scrolled gallery to the right most u0026 I come out of a album it takes me back to the first album             Jatin Chadha

I used to absolutely love this app on my iPhone but it doesn t work very well on my android phone The main problem is that I position the effect where I want it on the editing screen but when I save it the effect appears below where I wanted it to be meaning the only way to create the effect I want is to guess where the effect needs to be on the edit screen for it to be correctly positioned on the finished photo It makes the app unusable     A Google user

Exceptional App Easy to use Sure you pay extra but nothing is free Yes they do add additional effects Only problem I have is some of the effects don t necessarily stay squared on say people s faces Bit of playing around but nothing major Maybe a little glitch that could be looked into Please keep adding more effects I m hoping that in the future you are able to add more than just 2 effects                 Andres Rojas

I used this app for about two years it WAS great and I had good use from it Now after an update it won t open at all so I ve lost all the effects that I purchased Apparently my phone is no longer supported which is odd because other than Lumyer it works perfectly Not impressed     Carol Anderson

Free version is too limited to evaluate There are maybe 10 15 free filters but they re so buried in with paid stuff finding them is extremely frustrating The paid ones are each a 1 usually The menus are clunky and confusing buttons overlap in one place There is a 10 pro purchase but i cant find anywhere that explains what you get with that There s no way to stack effects or mask them The daily push notifications have convinced me to uninstall It has potential     Travis
