This game was great and I used to spend a lot of time with it however since the most recent update it is all but unplayable on android The game either freezes or completely crashes almost every time I m mid match I contacted support and they were completely unhelpful I m not touching this again until the next update and would advise other android users to do the same     Steve Fredericks

about 1 week ago this game was great but now it doesnt work i play on my google chomebook and while playing a match the game just freezes 100 of the time since last week the game freezes i am using the most updated version my chromebook is up to date as well the only things i can do without the game freezing is open packs and deck manager please fix     Justin Bynum

Dom t get me wrong I LOVE this game I m rating it low for now because since it updated for me today 9 17 19 every single time I enter a battle the game freezes I ve tried force stopping the app restarting my computer Chromebook uninstalling the app and then restarting my Chromebook and even waiting a good 10 minutes I ll be very happy to change my rating once it s fixed     Ren Fenwitz

Disappointed as you can t buy cards you need for a deck you want to build you have to hope you get what you want in a pack by buying a pack I can t practice with this as i can t get the deck I have in real life on here as I can t get the cards I ve contacted support and had no response which is again frustrating as that took a lifetime in itself All I can do is warn you lot against this unfortunately very disappointing way of playing the game we all love     Phillipe Carus

If you re new and thinking about downloading I would advise AGAINST IT As the previous review states the game has become unplayable since the most recent update Game connects to servers just fine but the game feezes in every match No fix helped This needs to be addressed and my emails to the developers have been ignored     Brandon Moran

In general a great app Won t work with Amazon kindle though which is a shame Also won t work on phones so you need a tablet or chromebook that supports Android Fun to play though so I would still recomend It also needs some way to find your friends IRL                 Andre Lewis

I love pokemon I ve been wanting to play a tournament but I dont know the advanced rules they said that most of my cards are illegal To use they helped me find legal cards but then there were new rules like the lost zone they said playing the tcgo would help me but it freezes alot and its sooooooooo slow         Leland plays

All in all it s a really fun and smooth app I ve been collecting cards and actual cartridges for years but other than collecting I wasn t too great at the TCG Now I m slowly relearning how it all works Smooth animations and great quality and compatibility However my only complaint was syncing my account I already had an account online but in the app if you want your own avatar you need to upgrade by making a new account A good chunk of progress lost but oh well 4 5 stars                 Unknown the ShadowDragon Queen

Game crashes constantly There isn t any kind of ranking system for the multiplayer so a new player with bad cards will get matched up against people with insanely powerful decks and get completely stomped over and over It s maddening grinding out one or two packs at a time because when you re losing the game makes earning rewards really difficult     Bennett Rosenow

When i try using the deck wizard i get cards that dont really compliment each other making the wizard useless Maybe you guys can improve this as it s helpful for new players or add a better filter system for finding pokemon with certain moves like healing moves energy attachment or recyclement moves its really annoying having to look through every single card you own to build different decks especially trainer cards that are important and could make or break the deck thank you                     Memo villanueva

This game is not only easy to play but friendly to the user Through my experience playing the Pokemon TCGO it seems like users are matched against others by skill level and not just a random RNG The game also is quite strategical and makes you think a few turns ahead somewhat like chess Overall a great game                     Richie Dietrich
