The Guesty is now available as a free download on Google Play for Android owners. The application is designed for use in English language. It weighs in at only 10MB to download. It is highly advisable to have the latest app version installed so that you don`t miss out on the fresh new features and improvements. The current app version 1.0.74 has been released on 2018-03-15. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. It was a functional service before the most recent update now it creates more problems that it solves Payment system is fundamentally broken all cards being declined payments listed as successful when no card details linked to account and payments being taken twice on the rare occasion it works Have raised the above with staff several times to be told nothing has changed and then you ll get used to it If nothing has changed what is there to get used to         John Carvin

All in all pretty terrible Notifications delayed Tapping notifications doesn t open them App signs out sometimes multiple times a day usually every couple days Just onboarded my portfolio with Guesty but the shakiness of the mobile app is making me take pause with continuing using the platform Would be eager to see changelog timeline of fixes This level of functionality is unacceptable given the cost of service Better yet focus on making a responsive browser app experience         Alex Dodd

The app is almost unusable on my Samsung s10 We have a business that relies on being able to manage all of my listings without any issues I have to close and reopen the app several times before I can view my messages or calendar We will have to switch to another provider if this continues     Daniel Higgins

I ve been working with the App since I joined Guesty and it made my life much easier It still may have glitches here and there that Guesty promised to fix but it really provides me what I need unified inbox conversations reservation details and lately the new multi calendar it s great I have 3 cleaners now using the app to get all their tasks and mark completion which helps me stay in control and make sure I provide the best guest experience I wish I could get push notifications on critical matters                     Omri Cohen

Crashed 37 times this week before and after recent update when recieving guest messages Even crashed when trying to send feedback report Few positive items to note is seeing the ins u0026 outs for each property guest profile to contact and mlguest messages thats if it doesnt crash Would be better if they fixed the issue             A Google user

Nice app and very useful to check currently hosting and upcoming check in s But in search option you can only search for reservation of a guest and if you put the name of any property it will not show up and that feature must be there so we can at least we can see the listing calendar of the listing and many more                 sobit sharma

Been waiting a long time for this and it looks great but it s really fallen short The only useful feature allows you to see who s currently booked Otherwise you can t tell who s coming or going at a glance and still not getting any notifications Can t view tasks yet which you could at least do with the other app It s pretty useless as an upgrade         A Google user
