It seems like groww app looting your personal KYC financial data There is no option to delete your bank account if you added one account and noway to remove your signature id App doesn t go to home page first it will collect all your data mandatoryly and then only shows the home page and mutual fund details There is no contact to groww team aswell Not sure how the data will be used frustrated If user wish to start investing on that time they should collect the data     Dinesh Kumar

The app does not refresh my portfolio status consistently while other fund tracking apps do that on time I use it primarily to track my portfolio and I expect it to work as as intended every day Sometimes it s so up to date while at other times it shows old numbers for long long time             Aakash Agrawal

Its good and simple only one issue i can say when u purchase any fund units get allocated late minimum 2 to 3 days not on the same day so NAV may differ many small issues are still there and always have to follow up through mail several times 12 days back i purchased a mutual fund and it didn t get reflected even after 5 days and I didn t number of mails and finally I can see in dashboard but still the folio number is not seen other things are available folio number is blank plz fix                 Abhijeet s

When ever I call customer service a ticket is generated and sent directly via mail 10 times i have asked to change my mail id but I m still receiving ticket number on mail which i dont want Dont know where advisors update mail id everytime and tell me that mail id is changed Secondly since past 1 month my overall XIRR is constant even after so much falls and ups in market n have portfolio of over 12 lacs Good app but need major fix to bugs n long way to go     vikram malhotra

Very bad experience I am not able to use this app because it had been more than a month showing that my account is under verification although I have submitted the required documents There displays that it takes only one day to verify account and mine have crossed one month and I don t know whether they will ever verify my account or not     PRECUBERS
