I too am having the same issue as kelli in that I have verification of a successful install but then my childs phone wont link because it says there is no parent phone attached to the given email address i have uninstalled reinstalled on both phones 2x this issue continues i have researched so many of this app type I will say this If you can fix this issue you may have the best of its kind PLEASE PLEASE FIX DITO Kelli
