I if put my device to sleep I have repeatedly manually refresh it to make sure it shows the correct time Not staying synced

When I was a teenager I worked at a lab and all the analysis apparatus had nixie displays Even the Facit desktop calculators had nixies too Alas those were the days Getting very nostalgic now
The time used to show 12 hour time correctlybut now its stuck on the 24 hour style it doesnt matter if the 24H is checked or unchecked the time is stuck on the 24 hour style It was working fine before this last update so please fix it Using Galaxy Note 3 Snapdragon 800 Thanks New UpdateIssue
