The ideas behind the application features are good but app is buggy There are four members in my group but the locator only works for one of us It would be nice to be notified of new Chat messages via either sound or vibration but we have not figured out how to configure with notification turned on The app needs further testing from QA and Software departments Chat messages should be timestamped especially since there s no notification when a message is received         flizi chew

you need download app for the cruise but it doesn t work well none of the ocean apps do drops off wifi wont open freezes need to re login often it is good in theory but just doesn t work well many people on the ship complain when it does work it is nice to chat with friends and locate them just unreliable no problems having app open door     Eugenia kawashima

What a ridiculous pile of garbage this app is It won t accept the credentials I use to log in to the Princess web site and it also won t allow me to create an account Any time I enter data in a field and then dismiss the keyboard it clears the field Randomly can t find my reservation Nobody tested this trash at all What a waste of 101MB     Nicklas Johnson

I can t locate chat with my own child While I appreciate the security that random people cannot chat or locate minors there needs to be at work around for family members HUGE battery drain My phone was charged 100 before I went to bed this app was running in the background along with one other ocean app and when I woke up 6 hours later my phone was at 4 I was on airplane mode     Miss Kat

At first the app linked with ocean ready to include my reservation Now not only does it not link to my reservation but I m told now that its not supposed to work unless you are on board This whole suite of apps seems to me to be an epic fail The app STILL has not been updated to include the Royal Princess which I sail on in three weeks I sent an email to the developer over a week ago and have gotten no response     Bill Stein

when this app works it is great but this entire trip I had to log in everytime i wanted to use it i would switch to the ocean now app and get logged out of compass my ocean log in wouldn t work so I d have to log in with my cabin information the concept on all of these apps is good but they need to be bundled into one and make sure it works i could never make it work then i paid for the wifi and it would work maybe 35 40 of the time this was rolled out way too early     jared moyle

made multiple attempts to download and install It actually completed the download twice but both times failed to install both of those downloads required in excess of 30 minutes to complete and it was very disappointing at the end of the download The most frustrating thing is that my wife has an identical phone and it had no problems but nobody seems to know what setting it is in my phone that is causing this problem It is also not an isolated problem as I know of nine other people with same p     Wayne Lewis

I installed this weeks before boarding the Regal Princess When I boarded it did not work so I was told to uninstall and reinstall I am now on my third attempt which appears to be unsuccessful AGAIN Received No help from the navigators and about 35 of my phone battery is used up in the process Ridiculous Appears to be useless and worthless     Christine Harkins

Shockingly bad app The Titanic of cruise ship apps they claim it s the greatest thing on the seven seas but it crashes at every opportunity Took more than 3 hours to download only to get a corrupted download and had to start again Username and password only recognized about half the time This app is nowhere near ready to release Once it let me stay signed in the wait symbol was by far the most common thing I saw Terribly disappointing I expect better from Princess     Steve C
