I love this game but The energy takes way too long to build up this is really irritating when you start to enjoy what your doing and your energy is finished I think you guys can make it charge faster Like 1 minute or maybe 2 not 5 minutes that s a bit too long Other than that is the game so fun to play If you can fix that I think more people will play the game Many people is complaining about this I think you ll have to fix it I really hope you re going to do something about this                 Kayla Van Der Merwe

This App is a disaster The game itself is interesting but it only works when it feels like it It loads then wont open and when it does open it is constantly shutting down I am playing this on a Chromebook Obviously it is not suitble for this device I be interested to know what type of device the people who are successfully playing are using     Marie Fiorenza

liking the game feel some thing is missing still I do not like games that cost a fortune to play and the game starts off well but then it can take days just to solve a crime you wait on up grading the town or agents It takes a good few hours to energize back up also very slow in showing you how to work all the different parts There is no real choose in this game it leads you down the one path with the one out come can t make an error as the game gives you the correct answer                 William Weir

I was really looking forward to this game however it will not open at all As I work in Tech support I ve tried all kinds of troubleshooting but nothing helps the game screen loads but stays on the loading screen itself freezes in the same exact spot everytime Once it even failed to load and shut itself down with an error saying it wouldn t load Even uninstalling reinstalling and clearing cache data did nothing to solve the problem     Danyale Post

This game is practically unplayable The developers have failed to update the app to support the new aspect ratio of most modern phones As such there is a huge black bar on the side of my screen This black bar cuts off much off the actual game including the settings button making it impossible for me to even log in to my old account This is unacceptable for a big developer such as Ubisoft Until this is fixed I cannot play this game at all even if I wanted to     Kenneth McConkie

Unplayable tried the first part which is to assemble the bear but the games settings meant it was not optimised for 18 9 phones and so even thought the phone automatically made it 16 9 it was still zoomed in meaning i couldnt place the bears head on the body to continue     Aleck M
