It is highly advisable to have the latest app version installed so that you don`t miss out on the fresh new features and improvements. The current app version 5.2.9 has been released on 2019-08-29. It s definitely a wonderful app for taking notes Thank you developers for providing this for free A few suggestions though 1 The option to ungroup a few or all the notecards from a group is really needed 2 It would be more useful if we could rearrange the notecards in a group in a coustom sequence not by default 3 This is not essential but it would make taking class notes a lot easier if you could provide with different types of pages like ruled or grid pages Thank you again                     P Bhavana

Love that I can save articles from the web that i want to read later I can also write my own lists and save pics for different projects and take screenshots of receipts and or recipes and keep them all in different organized folders You can share your saved items It is really great for organization You can even put your own pics on the individual folder covers if you want                     Robin Mutka

The application as it stands in one device is perfect full of just the right features Yet syncing does not always work well and some notebooks I create on my windows desktop do not show on the web application nor on the android app One final comment is I would like it more if I can set different settings to each notebook from organization and default note color             youssof rabie

I rated 5 but there are 2 issues I encountered They are not decisively bad but your software could do without them First is that in a random notebook when in Tiles view some notes open in stead of others You tap on one thing another below it opens though in List view this is non existent Another is the delay that sometimes happen when openning a note All in all this is a great encryptable note software with interesting premium rich text tools offered for free                     Pouria Dana

This is a savior Everything works fine I found two minor bugs that has to be done in the app 1 Widgets don t get sync automatically I have to open the app and refresh the app to sync 2 If I have 4 or more check boxes on a text pad the widget doesn t show all of them It doesn t let me scroll as well so I tend to miss some of the TO DO notes Otherwise the app is just perfect Good work                 Ramki Ravi

The software is very buggy There are constant issues with syncing of images across devices It is very suboptimal as compared to evernote Evernote also has better functionality with regards to note creation attaching pdf files and editing The only silver lining with zoho is there prompt customer support and the single star is for that I tried zoho because of popular review in the newspaper Was that paid news Reverting to Evernote for now     Ankush Gupta

Definitely one of the best notetaking apps especially for peklle like myself who are a tad unorganized and take various notes in different ways I would like to eventually see the ability to change the covers of the notebooks and widgets if they don t already have these features since I m not very tech savvy but it s all around a great app easy to use and I love it                 Sierra Imhoff

Transfer from evernote went well although some notes were blank Well designed and easy to use The default notebook cover is pink and I believe has to be changed one at a time Being a le to change all at one time would have been nice Update The app is great i use it constantly Not crazy about file cards it creates them even if I have the file downloaded on my device Can t figure out how to save the file without creating file card                 Dave Medley

I greatly depend on this app to help me keep important info saved data and notes made on the go I have made it a habit to compose anything I have to write in notebook and then copy paste into other apps because it auto saves doesn t lose my work if I have to put the phone down and finish later I ve been able to transfer between devices backup and restore my notebooks and it s customizable in a simple yet mostly satisfying way I d much rather the app be dependable than beautiful                     Heather Snedigar

Zoho Notebook is an excellent note taking app I have tried a few Google Keep OneNote and others and this just seems to get the balance of simplicity and functionality right I use it for personal stuff work is still generally OneNote The multiple notebooks is great and the ability to have checkboxes in a note works really well It feels as though it is a bit of a pet project for Zoho and I m guessing that s why it s free to use Keep up the good work                     Daniel Bryden

This app is awesome It is everything I ve needed in a notetaking app on android for awhile I love the formatting options within one note There are many apps where you can use checkboxes but then you can t regularly type within the same note So this is super helpful One thing I d recommend is if we could have smaller notebooks or tabs within a notebook I have a notebook called lists and I d like to categorize the links in that notebook I d be willing to pay for something like that                     Ashley Day

The layout of this application is crisp and clean with zero lag and is easy to understand I also enjoy the fact that this is an promotion and Ad free environment Another cool feature about this platform is that it is not necessary to login so it is a decent sign that the company does not track you but by using the application without signing in you loose out on the free auto syncing but that is not a necessity All things considered this is a superior product to Google and would recommend                     Arron Aldis

From maybe a day or two of use I ve barely scratched the surface of all the features of this app and I m already satisfied It s a simple and elegant way of arranging notes with easy to manage folders and colour coded note pages It works far better for me than say Google Docs or Word The little things like the good looking default notebook covers keep surprising me Best of all it s completely free No ads no purchases It s simple to use and yet contains a lot of functionality                     Naomi Pledger

Edit 9 10 so as per Zoho s suggestion I checked my garbage and recovered all the empty notebooks and one of them had all my notes Very odd Everything was working great and looking beautiful This was the dream notes app However today I opened the app to find 10 new notebooks created for some reason and when I went ahead and deleted them my current notebook s notes were all gone This makes me wary about trying the app again but I guess if I do I have to keep a backup                 Luis A. I had been using your app for about 10 months plus not and ignored the random syncing problems with your app because I found Notebook to be want I wanted That is until now I no longer can trust Notebook Example I added a note on my android with points to fill in later when I am on my desktop I open my desktop Notebook and find only the title of the note not points So I tried long press syncing on my Android then sync with the desktop Notebook Both times I got the Do you want to fetch all notes from server message and pressed yes Still nothing So I deleted the desktop note because it is the incorrect one then synced Android with the server Come to open my Android note but it isn t there This inexcusable I just did a search on your Zoho Notebook forum and find people have syncing problems over ONE YEAR AGO Seriously AND you keep asking the same question to each complaint Sorry send us feedback I read about a dozen separate complaints in one thread I no longer can accept this quality of app It has great potential but the syncing problem now is a deal breaker     mike walkner

very much useful app i would say My only suggestion to developer team is if you can increase the quality of photos when directly taken from app s camera there is no zoom option also and photo comes with very low quality Overall it s a very useful app to increase productivity                     Darshan sapariya

Loving this app so far I can create multiple notebooks for various topics and color code each note or to do list or recipes etc They can be specifically titled and are ready for me too easily find in a neat and orderly display view Also I can set time and date alarms so I never forget a to do or event                     KatSpade
