SAMSUNG Smart Washer/Dryer

I gave a Droid Turbo running KK 44 The app will start but then is keeps crashing It is crap I have sent three error reports in     Keeps Crashing

Selling products expensive products that have features that will not work because of a poorly written app Shame on you Four hour old washer and already highly disappointed     Come On Samsung Really

Finally fixed FC on startup so it does start now Still not able to connect to washer but it may be a trivial problem May get more stars when its tested more           Crashes on startup

App says it cant find my washer I even use a Samsung phone galaxy s5 Washer is hooked up WiFi running washer downloaded a update no problem     Does not work

Part of the selling point of the Samsung washer and dryer was to remote app access to the units but this app only works on Samsung phones useless talk about taking a play out of the propitiatory Apple playbookWill think twice about buying Samsung products again

Crashes on Lollipop so I assume an update is required being a Samsung product used on a Note 3 I find this poor service     Works fine on Jellybean and Kitkat

Samsung Galaxy S5 and Samsung Smart TV will not connect with this app or Smart Home Holding down the PlayPause button and the Temperature button simultaneously for 5 seconds once the machine is powered on to initiate the AP mode and connect to the network isnt working     Device Connection Issue

Went thru all the set up then this app says device connected but cant be used with this application Installed smart home app guess what SmartHome cant configure the connection Basically neither app can work this mc Really hate rubbish like this especially on top of the range Washer which isnt exactly cheap     Catch 22

Just bought the new model and cant connect to the WiFi the app is useless My User Manual says to download this app but the app does not work with my washer model number Please fix it     Washer WA48J7700AWA48J777A

This just wont connect WiFi works and the machine can see the network but the Samsung smart app just isnt that smart I think it needs to go back to school and study this time

The whole reason buying this washer dry combo from samsung was for the smart controls With the app you have pretty much 3 funtion select wash start and pause no timer funtion no stop or standby function no dryer funtion Poor universal app that lacks control of your appliance very disappointed and setup was a nightmare u might aswell throw that manual in bin Dont know how anyone could give this app 5 star     Basic app

This Samsung app will not go beyond the main menu It force closes on my galaxy S4 when i select any option     The main menu is as far as i can get
