I booked a ticket with credit card and got a successful message screen without booking reference ID i received sms from the bank mentioning the purchase But there is no ticket checked with ticket counter they say that in their system there is no such booking Called bank they re saying that Novo didn t claim the money Never thought that booking a ticket using app is this much trouble Well done Novo     Ben peter
