We are very satisfied this is just what we needed My wife has some medical problems and I was afraid to let her go out by herself But this works so well I don t worry as much I had some problems and contacted them about them and the vice president contacted me to make it all well With this if she gets in trouble and calls 911 on it it also contacts me to let me know what is goiing on Great                     PetenKathy Callan

I ve seen some mixed reviews on this app so I wanted to chime in I really love this app because I live by myself and sell real estate I think it s a great app to have and it functions really well on my Galaxy Note 3 I tried to download it on an older phone and I couldn t see the sign up button on the registration page like a few other users I emailed their team and they informed me that they are currently correcting that issue and that I should be able to download it on that phone in the next few weeks I was very pleased with their customer service If the app doesn t work on your phone yet I would recommend just being patient while they finish up updates because it s totally worth it and it actually works great Hope this helps                     Hank Jones

The app works well on my Galaxy S4 I really appreciate the test button they added in and I play around with the custom messages all the time I was really amazed by the accuracy of the gps it gives me a lot of confidence that I can be located if I ever have to use it Definitely recommending this to everyone                     AMAZING APP VERY USEFUL Odane Samuels

Just downloaded this app to my phone It has been over 2 hours since I installed it Only screen it will bring up is the registration screen have been unable to access any of the other screens it shows Have gone to the web sight and there is no help section available Do not know what is going on with the app but it definitely does not operate as shown     Doug Blanchard

This app won t let me get past the sign in page Also It doesn t have a menu along the top like the video and only lets me filll in my name etc but there is no way to save it to go to another page it show only a spot to check for emails on the app and goes no further     Keith Holmes
