The LINKcat is now available as a free download on Google Play for Android owners. The application is supporting English language. It weighs in at only 10MB to download. On the one hand the app technically works You can search for and request materials from the library renew materials and keep a list of things you want to request in the future That said the app is frustratingly slow and not very intuitive             Jennifer E

Frustrated The app works properly but the extremely light grey font color used to list book titles on my account are impossible to see on a phone I have been hoping that the developer has received enough complaints to correct this and make this app more user friendly For now I must log onto my laptop to view book titles I have on hold and have checked out         Teresa Blackburn

I love having my account easy to access so I can renew items quickly I would like to see filters added to the search functionality i e be able to search for a specific format Notifications for renewal would be cool too but I ll rely on the emails for now                 Barbara Vertein

This app is really convenient and I use it a lot However it is not very intuitive and lately has not been working When I try to load my account it sends me to an error page This has been happening on both my phone and tablet which leads me to believe the problem is with the app itself             Kaci Ballweg

I just replaced my Galaxy S4 with an S7 and was told to upgrade my app to this one The old app was easy to read and simple to use This one is terrible when it isn t crashing it isn t showing all the items I have on hold Please fix         Marie K

You re better off using the web version Literally everything you do in this app including using the back button causes the app to display a loading screen as it re downloads info from the server Somehow they managed to make these loading screens take 3 5 times longer than loading the equivalent page on the website The one good thing that can be said about this app is that it remembers your library card number and password Mind you it doesn t actually keep you logged in instead it randomly takes you to a login screen where your credentials are pre filled and makes you hit a submit button This obviously serves mainly to add yet another long load screen one for the login prompt and a second for the actual content you were trying to get in the first place     A Google user
