I subscribed to the service and cancelled six months ago After being told my service was cancelled they continued to charge my account Six months later they say I have to cancel by calling an 800 number It s easier to get rid of Syphilis than this account     russ lowery

When clicking a notification the app will not open until you click on a subsequent notification Cannot see notification from within the app When sharing or linking to articles from within the app it appends the title to the pasted text in an SMS even though you do not see that text I find spelling grammar or typo errors in thr publication ALL the time     Nicholas Johnson

The CJ app works marginaly well The navigation and layout is better but still average because a I don t like the placement of menu buttons at the bottom and b the search hourglass is non existent thus making it difficult to find an article Needs improvement         Patrick Bowles

Well I have been reading the CJ since I could read and kept a subscription since I left home to go to college If the app met the jounalistic standards of the CJ with which I grew up I would be one happy reader Sadly it does not either from a journalistic or app ease of use perspective Sad             David Thurmond
