App is average It does the job and I ve never had an order missed at my chosen Subway restaurant which is good The navigation is clumsy and for some reason Favourite Orders disappear if either there is more than 1 order stored there or that favourite order isn t used in a number of days Stored favourite orders is a great idea but somewhat pointless if it doesn t keep the favourite orders saved             Tommy Ocean

I use the app only for scanning the QR code when purchasing My one annoyance is that it assumes I have a data connection Naturally it fails to connect then shows an error at which point the only option is to update which requires a data connection Could an OK button be added to clear the error without forcing the app to try an impossible update Or have an offline mode so we can just scan the code Otherwise the app is just fine I d give 5 stars if that issue was fixed                 Leighton Gelling

Poorly designed UI that is a maze to navigate in some areas There is currently a reproducible crash that happens every time you load a previous order and attempt to edit one of the subs Also when going back to edit a sub that contains removable ingredients by default eg the sauce in the pizza sub it will reselect the default ingredients if you had previously unselected them Either the developers of this app are incompetent or there is little to no QA testing involved         A Google user

Spent half an hour setting up the app and entering a large family order only to be told wrong password when I hit the order button No option to enter a new password If there was a prob with the password which was entered in the first 2min of set up why didn t it say it was wrong then Why wait til I ve entered my order Infuriatingly useless     A Google user

opened app and it crashed tried 2 more times and it crashed on the fourth attempt made it to the extra and it crashed tried once more and it CRASHED uninstall from what I saw on the menu it needs updating there is a new bread avaliable and lots of sauces and new salads avaliable one star unable to get app to work crashes     Ms T.J

The app is terrible the worst part about it is that the app isn t up to date with the menu items or the prices I downloaded it yesterday ordered a sub which didn t have all items available and had to advise when I got there but when I went to pay the prices weren t even correct the app said 9 90 and it was just over 10 something when I got there the lady was helpful but it shouldn t happen Other basic options aren t there either even to edit the sub you have to cancel and start again     Stephen Nathan

didn t even end up ordering something via the app cause you are not able to do the same choices you can do in store e g if you want your bread toasted or not also the app doesn t include all the sauce etc I don t even want to know how it would have proceeded with making a payment or placing the order     A Google user
