They Keep resetting the app so have to constantly renter password Now have introduced a new email verification but no email received Why is this necessary when it is a phone app Clashes with other nfc apps Top up process is too cumbersome The app looks nice but not functional at all Flash pay does not look as nice is a lot more basic but is much easier to use     Vikram Rao

Horrible experience with the app Been trying to do a top up or auto reload via the app Either an error occurs at the point of payment or it returns me to the original home page even after I have entered my OTP Furthermore every time I successfully enter my OTP my bank balance is deducted but the value is not reflected on my card Emailed the customer service but have not received a response for more than a week     Andre Ng

I lost a card and now am unable to login reset the password and unable to block the card also Am getting error message that asks me to try again The login had changed from NRIC to mobile or email and now nothing works EZ link promoted their app to a greater extent saying you can recharge block etc now if it is not working it is very unfair I downloaded the app afresh in another device and then too same issue This is not a free service EZ Link you cannot be this lethargic     Venkat Ramanan Renganathan

Seems to getting updated only for the new Samsung phones no other make Does not work with Google Pixel 3 In fact after trying to top up on the app even Google Pay stops working until I reboot Please make this compatible for more phones it is useful to top up family members cards without going to the atm mrt Used to work with my older Sony Xperia phone     Dave D

Hi currently my ez link card is unsupported for NFC top up service The app description here states that ez link card CAN IDs starting with 800 are supported but in app this is not the case Please fix this issue otherwise it will cause much inconvenience to some people     Jing Zhe Yeo

So far so good Been using for 7months now Didnt link it to my bank as i dont really trust any apps not just ezlink link app alone with that so i didnt encounter any problems For the rewards would like to suggest a choice of exchanging rebates back into ezlink for transport I dont really fancy most of the rewards shown in the page now thus the direct way of exchanging my points would be to get rebates back into my ezlink for my transport Do consider my suggestion above Thanks                 leekeat tan
